衞生打掃非常不認真，一進門發現其他客人留下的鞋印，浴室排水口發現一個酒瓶蓋，被單和床單下有頭髮，杯子裏有污漬，晚上在被子裏看到一根其他人的頭髮（下午打掃房間過後），和前台反應後更換了床單，晚上客房沒人值班換床單，換到了新的房間，態度倒是挺好，一直對麗楓印象不錯這次才選擇入住，沒想到如此失望

酒店新開的 房間裏的設施都是最新的 停車也挺方便 前台工作人員素質蠻高的 有問題也耐心解答了 入住體驗不錯 值得下次再來 大廳的香薰味道真的很贊 離店的時候我還買了一瓶回家用 哈哈哈哈哈哈推薦給大家

這就是酒店的衞生 非常惡劣 沐浴露上面不知道糊着什麼東西？打電話問前台 前台説可能是以前二次利用的時候沒注意？？？這咋還能二次利用啊？？？況且正常沐浴露是透明的，這個瓶口上的污穢是黃色的，到底是什麼還用我多説嗎？

房間連個香皂都沒配 退房問前台 前台來個有洗手液 那有的時候可能會忘帶洗面奶出門 難道拿洗手液洗臉麼 房間沐浴露一滴都沒擠出來 酒店每天打掃房間難道什麼都沒有都不知道麼 體驗感好差

晚上被熱的睡不着覺 空調壞了 大前台電話打不通 一開始説要給我們換相近的房間我們出去逛了幾個小時 回來的時候換了個前台非説沒有我們的訊息 又溝通了一段時間才給我們換到相鄰的房間 前台還給我們打電話問我們拿沒拿上個房間的房卡

住了幾十年酒店，第一次想給服務差評，花了小600塊早點沒的吃，8:50到了一層什麼都沒有，盆裏唯一的一個破壞了的剩雞蛋，其他都沒了，我以為是10.1可能服務人員少都回家了，結果一回頭看廚房裡人頭湧動，就是不知道在幹嘛都，還有個管理抽着煙就近餐廳，看了一眼叼着煙進了廚房！
我説下差評的點：
1.這個價格的酒店房是無窗的。
2.床頭、枕套黃褐色污漬。
3.因為兩瓶破水要收按金。
4.洗漱用品有用過的都沒更換。
5.這種酒店樓梯間居然不用刷卡隨便上。
6.淋浴水温不能調整。
7.服務員一點意識都沒！
