Great location beach front But nothing else Was here in January this year Now it’s gone so downhill dilapidated overpriced and a very poorly maintained villa AC not working took 5 hours to get it sorted The manager is rude unhelpful and has attitude The staff try their best but not motivated

We went to Amor villa on 1 night stay with 16 people group. We brought “marinated” chicken items from our end to ease the process to the chef. Later when we delivered the marinated chicken, the manager told that they can only operate bbq drill for steamed chicken. And also they told that’s the only to prepare the chicken. He said that the chef is an “expert” and not to argue. When we argue he said that he wanted 10K to perform the extra work. We had to agree, as we had no other options to consider at that moment with 6Kgs of raw chicken 🥲 After this argument we clearly stated that we are “dissatisfied” with this decision. The manager ( His name is Shamaka) then told that “whatever” that our situation he don’t care. So that’s the customer experience that we went through. The irony of the story is that, The “expert” chef of Shamaka prepared the worst BBQ experience we have ever had. I have attached “some” of the burnt food they’ve prepared. We had to arrange everything from bread to sausages. The only plus point is the staff and the owner. They are kind and helpful. And, yes. The manager is not the owner as we understood. You cannot play cricket in here though there’s a big fat garden. We will never recommend this place to anyone based on the Manager (Shamaka) s greed for money with terrible customer service.

Если вы хотите испортить себе отдых и боятся следующих отпусков, то выбирайте отель Amore Villa! Резкий запах сырости и нафталина вы запомните на всю оставшуюся жизнь. Номер с обшарпанными стенами, давно требующими ремонта, плесень, грязь и одна работающая розетка. Ночами куча комаров, которые не дают спать, неработающий кондиционер и заводящийся от палки вентилятор-картина удручающая. Океан на первой линии и высокая влажность не дают полотенцам просыхать, они все время мокрые и их не меняют, вся надежда обсохнуть без полотенец на солнце. Дверь в номер закрывается с раза десятого, замок сломан, повезет - закроется, нет - придется выйти через балкон, прикрыть дверь и надеятся,что гекончики, ползающие по стенам, будут охранять ваш номер, пока вы гуляете по пляжу. Чтобы не отвлекать отдыхающих от красоты природы, телевизоры в номерах не предусмотрены. И за всю эту «роскошь» хозяин берет еще доплату по 20 долларов за сутки свыше оплаты путевки туроператора ( номер ,,лучший,, в этом отеле, остальные номера меньше и без вида на океан). Питьевая вода в бутылках, которую, как правило в других отелях приносят раз в сутки, в эту цену не входит, придется сходить поискать в ближайшем магазине. Завтрак удивил колонией муравьев на столе, бегающих цепочкой из сахарницы, на что местный официант даже не обратил внимания. В соседнем отеле ,,Ангел,, проходят местные дискотеки и музыка очень громко долбит до полуночи. Больше двух бессонных ночей в отеле продержаться невозможно. Из плюсов красивый вид из номера на океан.

Хорошее место. Подуставшая, но хорошая вилла. Граничит территории с ангел бич. Будьте готовы, пятница, суббота, возможно, воскресенье громкие. Сейфов в номерах нет. Холодильник есть только в 1 номере.

Небольшой и очень уютный отель на первой береговой линии. Пляж рядом чистый, песчаный. Территория ухоженная, есть небольшой бассейн. Персонал очень приветлив и услужлив, отвечает на все просьбы. Хорошее место для ценителей спокойного отдыха. Отдельное спасибо управляющему Shamaka Nuwan.
