I stayed in 5 minutes in the room and left, how can you recommend such a unhealthy place? I want my money back

Rude workers The owners are really rude. I spent two nights here. No working microwave, the room smelled like piss. Me and my children were quite the whole time. Once it was time to check out I was waiting on my ride. They told me if I didn’t leave they’ll call the cops on me. Apparently my ride had an emergency which led to me being stranded. I told the guy I was going to be leaving soon, he was nice about it and gave me an hour, but he said after that he’ll have to call the police. I told him that’s fine, I’ll be leaving soon. I still couldn’t find a ride so I tried to book another room and he told me no. So now me and my children are still sitting outside waiting for someone to pick us up. I didn’t say anything rude back because God is on my side

WAS GIVEN A PEE SOAKED BED AND REFUSE TO REFUND When we checked into our room we noticed that the bedding was stained with urine and lined with newspapers from the previous week. We called the front desk clerk to the room to show her the problem and she told me that a refund would go through within a few days. I was then given a run around for a week until I filed a dispute with my credit card. They are still fighting with me and do not want to issue me a refund for this disgusting conditions. Management ignores the problems, corporate "investigates" (code for notifying management there is an issue with a reservation) and I will be seeking out suing for my money back at this point because of how poor every staff member seems to be trained throughout this company from corporate to the private owners of each establishment.

The heater didn't work in the room, we had to turn off the heater because it was making the room the same temp as outside 32 degrees. One of us was so cold that they slept in the car with it running. There were blood stains on the pillowcases and sheets. The shower was full of black mold. There were only pillows for one bed and no towels in the room. The tank on the toilet was falling off. Shall I go on, ice machine was out of order. There were cigarette burns in and on everything.

Towels were dirty, sheets had stains and cigarette burns on them, toilet moves when you sit on it, shower was extremely dirty! No access to wifi, no toilet paper and the floor needed some mopping. Very disappointing.

Not a good and safe place to go. It looks like a third world country motel. The place is falling apart and its staff are a bit rude.

So if you like to stay at a motel where the doors dont even have working locks, and tons of mysterious red stains that you hope are rust throughout the room and on the beding and towels then look no further! They even have the added bonus of the rooms reeking of smoke and cat piss!
