Bad customer service and customer satisfaction. Housekeeping banged on my door at 7:45 am and again at 8:10 am. Both times waking me up. Front desk didn’t care one bit.

The room we had instantly smelt like mildew upon entering. We were supposed to have a king bed and were told they did not have any even though it was booked as a king bed (no biggie). After trying to figure out how to turn the heat on we realized it was Broken. An engineer was sent up (who was very nice) and offered us another room in tower B.. at this point we were already situated for bed and didn’t want to move everything across the building at midnight.
Overall, I was surprised by this doubletree as I’ve stayed at many.

stayed in the B tower. The heating unit sounded like a train. At 9 pm I called the front desk and told them about it. They said they would send engineering up to take a look. At 3 AM I was awoken to the sound of a freight train, went to the front desk the next day and reported it again. While I was at the front desk, another guest was complaining about his tub being backed up and another guest was complaining about their air-conditioning unit leaking and the carpet being all wet. My tub also was backed up. The response to everything was I’ll let engineering know. Truly disappointment by the conditions of his double tree. The breakfast they offered for $18 does not begin to compare to the free breakfast offered at Holiday Inn Express.
