We knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney). The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping. We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.

Good location. We used the shuttle bus the two days that we were there. We lined up for it about 10-15 min before it left and it’s good we did because this hotel is the last stop so one of the days everybody in line were not able to get the bus. There is a very close public bus stop you can use as well that we used to come back one night because we didn’t want to stay until the park closed. It’s over a 15 min walk from the closest subway station so that was not fun walking to and from the hotel with our suitcases.

It was a rush booking and luckily we found a room . It was perfect for our short stay after we had fun at Tokyo Disneyland. Easy access, clean and we had a comfortable short stay . Will definitely try it out again ☺️

Nice location and surprisingly spacious room. Comfortable bed with fluffy and hard pillows. Got a working desk which is very pleasant.

Nice and free shuttle bus to Disneyland in the morning. But the hotel is quite far away from JR station

It was a very long walk from Train station, I should get a taxi, especially with stuff I have to carry, the room wasn’t good, smells a bit, I just sleep through the night and move on with the trip.

A nice hotel near the bus stop to Disney. Bus ride is 150 yen each person each way. The hotel is older but decent. Our room had a microwave and cooking area but you have to ask for the stove knob. Male staff member at the front desk had very good English and explained how to use the bus system to Disney along with a map. You need to tell the bus driver what your stop is so they can charge you accordingly.

Near disneyland

It's like an apartment building, very close to Disney. A boy at the hotel front desk very enthusiastically introduced the hotel's Disney shuttle bus in the morning. There are quite a lot of people staying there, and the price of more than 200 per night is very suitable.

If you are planning to go to Disneyland or Disney Sea, this is the best value hotel. Recommended as a hotel for just sleeping. Approximately 5 minutes by bus No. 2 from Shin-Urayasu Station. A walk on the beach is possible. Watching the sunrise and running,

The room is very clean. When you check in, you will be given the precautions and the shuttle bus schedule to and from Disney. It is very close to 711 and very convenient for shopping.

The hotel has a shuttle bus to Disney. Return to the hotel from Disney: There is a sign at the south exit of Maihama Station indicating that the shuttle bus is the waiting area. Look for the waiting area with the name of the hotel you are checking in to wait in line. There are chargers in the hotel which is very convenient, and there is also a microwave that can microwave food bought from 7-11 in the alley.

It is recommended to take a public bus from Maihama Station to the hotel. It takes about 5 minutes and only costs ¥170. There are 3 bus routes outside the hotel to Disneyland & Ocean
