Tucked up against majestic hills and traced by the rushing Urubamba River, owner-empresario Jorge Delgado has crafted these beautiful grounds and this culturally harmonious lodge into an artful haven that relays the story of ancient America's heart, Perú's special place in this world and Creation and celebrates its' ongoing vibrancy. I would seriously consider spending my whole time here on return, Between the pool, the mesmeric art, sculpture and native crafts abounding, the spacious and thoughtfully appointed rooms, the food, the staff, the spa, and the delightful grounds surrounded by mountains and rivers, I could just relax and let Peru come to me.

The property is pure magic. The sound of the sacred river flowing, birds singing and immaculately kept grounds overflowing with flowers. Loved walking the labyrinth and hanging with the sweet Alpaca. Maritza at the restaurant was so sweet. She tended to our large group with care and attention. Fabulous staff all around and a beautiful experience. Highly recommend!

This was the most beautiful and comfortable hotel I’ve ever experienced! The artwork, grounds, design, layout, food, friendly and professional staff…all top notch. If/When I return to Peru THIS hotel will be my #1 selection! It was High Vibe meets Pure Bliss.

We wished we could have stayed longer! Transportation: Our driver, Juan, picked us up from the airport- he was the best. We made a stop at Chincheros and bought some things at the pharmacy. Front Desk: Staff specially Diana - were very helpful coordinating our activities and transportation to the train station. We also were able to get a medical team to visit us. It was nice that we were offered the private pool for free since we booked through Trip Advisor. Even after our check out, Diana informed us of items we left behind - including my car keys which they were able to mail to our Airbnb in Lima. Restaurant: Delicious food and attentive service. Since it was a little cold at night, Yonatan moved the heater closer to our table so we could feel more comfortable. Facilities: Very oasis-like and well maintained. Our 3 year old loved petting the baby llamas. One item to point out is that AC seems to be a common unavailability in Cuzco as it is traditionally cold in the evening. However, they managed to bring a standing fan to help cool things down per our request. Something to mention given we stayed at more than 1 place during our time in Cuzco.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and is in an amazing setting beside the river. We stayed one night. We found the hotel to be quite comfortably and spacious. Notable was our children had great fun petting the Alpacas and Victor took great care of us over dinner.

This place is awesome. With amazing food Dianesa served us in dinning and she was outstanding with her customer service - Highly recommended this place. I would rather say bring your family and a must stay in secret valley at this ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟 hotel.

Great service and relaxing place away from great cities. Particularly great service from Dianesa y Ghilmar, Great food! Great Rooms! Great place over all. The pool and SPA are gorgeous as well as plenty of activities for both kids and adults.

Our server was Dianesa and she was fabulous and so was Abel at the front desk . The food at the restaurant was great . The atmosphere was magical and the tours were educational and fun. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, great food, very relaxing!! the hotel was very accommodating when we arrived late at night due to a delayed train from Machu Picchu. Kris was very kind, helping us to book tours and store our luggage. I wish we could stay longer - we loved every minute and will definitely return in the future !
