Had a great stay last month, hotel is clean & good location, close to freeway. Im a Platinum member, without asking, I got a room upgrade, a really big suite & Im by myself. Good selections in their breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff and I was also thankful for the honesty, I was able to get back my hoodie that i left in the Fitness room. When i checked out, i was in a hurry & left my ipad & I got it back too, special thanks & kudos to front desk lady Pritikin. Will surely be back.

It was a good experience. People/employees were always friendly and helpful. The only suggestion....improve the breakfast. Sausages were awful...not browned or cooked properly. Better selection necessary

I reserved a two room suite not realizing I requested the handicap unit. That was not quite convenient for us so Britannica and Aaron immediately rectified it and changed our suite. They were friendly and so accommodating.

Everything was great very clean, except for the pullout bed. The clean crew needs to make sure to clean underneath the mattress as well. Other than that fantastic day, the service was great.

My family stayed here for 2 months while we dealt with an insurance claim, which temporarily displaced us. They made us feel very welcomed and made us feel like it was “home away from home”. They addressed any need we had, breakfast was always great, and the front desk staff were just so accommodating. Specials thanks to Trisha, Pearl, and Edna at the front desk. Rico with housekeeping was also very helpful! Everyone we encountered was just so great. I would stay here again should I never need to. The hospitality team does not disappoint!

Soon as i checked in and went to get my stiff to go in my room. The key didnt work and had to wait for someone to come with a new key. Then the nexy day the key didnt work again and wouldn't gibe my husband a key? Because of his name wasn"t on the room and they seen him with me.

We stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned our room once after complaining for 2days that our room needed cleaning and we were told when we checked in that they will clean every other day.

Super clean room, friendly staff and great location. Only complaint I have is minor. The elevator ****s when you get ready to move. Other than that its top notch!
