Our stay at hotel ace was very comfortable, they customised the room arrangement according to our need and demand. The staff is very helpful and 24×7 available. The room service is excellent. We stayed 2 nights on our Gujarat road-trip stopover way back to Mumbai , booked 2 rooms for a family of 4. We were upgraded to a suite room + a super deluxe room - very generous of Effotel. This was my first experience with a Sayaji group property. It's located very nicely next to the Kalghoda circle , very easy to locate. Multi-storey building with ample and safe parking space. Great ambience. The rooms are beautifully done with all in-room amenities one could ask for. Spacious for 2 pax per room , comfortable beds , finally working television channels :) and a superb internet connection. The bathroom was uniquely done. We had a breakfast package and the buffet options were great with non-veg options. We opted for in-room al-la-carte lunch and dinner and the choices were amazing with the best food we had during our entire trip . We had no reasons to step out and explore. While I would like to revisit soon to enjoy the hospitality , Baroda is not in my usual travel itinerary .. maybe I will get to experience the same again in another Sayaji property .

The hotel was newly built, comfortable, staff was polite, though no restaurant inhouse but they arrange it very well. Just a coincidence that the exhaust of my room was not working properly, actually it was working reverse, so it was a problem, no serious efforts put in to get it corrected, they called the plumber once but my time didn't managed, overall it was good.
