I am not a demanding person with a hostel, I usually look for places that have good cost-benefit, but I really find it very bad. I booked 2 rooms by Booking, there said the value could be shared in 3x without interest, but nothing was charged on my card, payment was made only presencefully and a extra value was charged to share in 3x. The room 4 has bed mounted on a very high wood structure, for anyone who has a problem with mobility or if vc needs to lift up during the night can end falling, the room is small and tight, seems a captive. The shower record is all rolled with a cord and gives shock. My mother asked a frit egg in the morning ( she had eggs mosquito, but she doesn't like) and they answered that they would not do, even offering to pay more, ok that she had the other options, but they never had denied a simple request in other hostels. The only positive point is the location, it is well at the arrival of Morro de São Paulo, beautiful view of the balcony, but that's all. Morro de São Paulo is a paradise, hosting was the only negative point of our trip.

A pousada tem ótima estrutura, o quarto que ficamos estava muito limpo e organizado. A cama é confortável, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. Conta com uma excelente piscina de borda infinita e hidromassagem com uma belíssima vista e o por do sol visto da piscina é um espetáculo à parte. O atendimento é muito bom. Todos os funcionários que tivemos contato foram muito solícitos, educados e simpáticos. A mesma avaliação se aplica ao restaurante, que além da excelente estrutura e do atendimento diferenciado, conta com um ótimo café da manhã, com pratos variados e muito bem feitos, além de várias opções de pratos e bebidas no cardápio, inclusive diversas opções de drinks. Experimentamos uma Pina Colada que estava fantástica. Parabéns aos proprietários e aos colaboradores pelo excelente serviço prestado e muito obrigado pela receptividade.

Esse hotel Apart é uma gracinha, muito confortável, localizado próximo à vila. Eu amei minha estadia lá, o dono Giovanni estava lá para me receber, deu todas as orientações. Eu fiquei na suíte, onde tem um terraço particular charmoso com cadeiras e varal... uma graça, fiquei apaixonada. A cama é ótima. O banheiro com secador, os amenities (Xampu e sabonete) de ótima qualidade... tem secador, as toalhas são novas, grossas e muito limpas. Eu me senti como se tivesse em casa. O café da manhã é muito bom, tem tapioca. Os funcionários sao muito simpaticos e alegres. Apartamento é bem iluminado, acústica ótima e a porta que dá pro terraço é anti ruídos.. tem Black out... eu amei tudo tudo... certamente quando eu voltar para Morro de SP, ficarei hospedada novamente . Recomendo de olhos fechados, e já estou com saudades..

Hotel located on the second beach and very close to the restaurant and shops. I stayed in a very well-served apartment with comfortable bed and noiseless air conditioning. The basic breakfast, but satisfactory, large pool and every day of my stay was clean. I was received by Gilmara, I believe that is the name of the professional, which was very kind and sympathetic. I was in group and in two apartments we had a countertime, one for accessibility and another for smelling mopho, we were readily taken care of changes. In the hotel's shops, it has a tertiary restaurant that serves very well and enjoys a very tasty meal.
