Well placed hotel but rooms basic. We were on the third floor facing the street and needed earplugs despite their claim that the hotel is soundproofed due to noise from the street and adjoining rooms. Curtains do not block out light and the door also had large gaps. Beds are on the hard side so not the most restful nights sleep. No kettle or coffee in room, toiletries were limited and bottle water is only free the first night. Would not call this a 4*.

The bed was hard, not very comfortable. No electric kettle in the room or anything. Otherwise a lovely hotel and an amazing location. A nice place to stay and if they upgrade the mattresses it will be the best! The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Really well located in the old town so cannot fault the location. Room was a good size and we loved the double aspect view.
Only let down was that some towels, dressing gown and bedding were marked

Had a lovely stay. We had upgraded our room when we booked so had a very nice room with a balcony . Perfect spot. Would use again

Fantastic location close to the Old Town. Hotel has a boutique style and feel about it. There’s an outside eating area along with a bar and breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful and good a/c in the room which is a must in the summer months.

No response from management regarding the inability to use the shower the morning of our departure to the airport. 3:00am I wanted to like this hotel but sadly can't recommend.

The 3rd bed was a pull out bed. I felt the iron through the mattress, hinges of the fold-out section
