Down Town

Very close to the city center, good communication. Quite some noise on the weekends in the night. Overall very happy with our stay

The apar**ent was perfect for the price. Generally quiet, but did find it noisy on Friday/Saturday. Firm bed in awkward position in room. Fine for us, but if someone has mobility issues this would be a concern. Perhaps, not all suites are the same. Excellent location with lots of dining options. A reasonable walk from the bus station. We brought our own foldable bikes but bike rentals plentiful and a very reasonable rate. We would happily stay here again.

To start Pablo was wonderful & welcoming. It was perfect place for us.

The location of the property is fantastic. The pictures of the property are deceiving since it is run down. Curtains broken at the edges, towels in need of replacement. Needs TLC! Dryer advertised as available and it is not, all they had was a hair dryer…

The apar**ent is nice, well located in a somehow quiet street but u can hear easily things outside. The check-in and check-out time are strict to 16:00pm and 12:00pm.

Apar**ent was really worn out, not like in the pictures. Kitchen had for example only one small spoon, so not very well equiped. Windows let through all the noise from the streets, so it was difficult to sleep allthough our apar**ent was on the 2nd floor. Worst was the constant smell of sewer in the toilet spreading to the apar**ent. Loved Valencia, but wouldn't stay in this place again.

cockroaches in the apar**ent! I don't even know where to begin! Myself, my husband and our 4 year old toddler couldn't stay in the apar**ent for more than one night. Upon entering the apar**ent I could right away tell that the pictures on ******* for this apar**ent were taken quite few years ago as there were stains on the sofa, marking all over the walls and the furniture looked very beat up. But it got much worse as when we turned on the aircon a huge cockroach came out and then another one appeared in the bathroom during the night. There were also strange insect trails inside kitchen drawers and the sink and tap area. So for obvious reasons I booked another hotel in the morning and contacted the property by what's up (as this is how the got in touch) and via ******* chat. I explained the property very politely that there was an obvious issue at the apar**ent and we couldn't stay another night as we have booked two nights. The property manger told us that us we have booked via ******* directly they couldn't provide a refund directly and that we should contact ******* first and make arrangements. After a few weeks of waiting ******* got in touch to say that the property had denied our request for compensation for the night we didn't stay! Awful experience and customer service on both sides!
