If you're not going to the beach, it's well located, because it takes 2 hours to get there on foot, we had to call a taxi halfway

It was pleasant and within walking distance to the Feria Valencia conference centre.
The area is very quiet and many restaurants nearby.
Its a little away from the town centre but easily accessible by public transport.

Its not in the center, but the Metro station is just 10' walk, so not a big deal. Overall, an affordable place to spend a night or two. It keeps it real. No breakfast provided, but there is a coffee machine&some vending mschines

It is the second time that we stayed at the Hotel, the truth is that from the reception, to the cleaners and the waiters, we had very good attention. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. In short, a total marvel, I will definitely return.

Apart from bothering me with the arrival time when I had previously notified that I would arrive at 11:00 p.m. (the reception is until 11:30 p.m.), I asked for the room with separate beds and they gave me a double bed, the bathroom smelled of humidity and closed and on top of that it was A woman of dubious origin and profession sneaked into the hotel and banged on the door and rang the bell and there was no way to notify anyone.
As an added bonus, I want to say that in the shower if you weigh more than 45kg you won't fit and on top of that the water comes out everywhere and the shower head cannot be hung. If you manage to get into the shower tray, a guest may turn on the tap and you will burn alive.
