The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

Unexpectedly good, the room has a large terrace, the kids like it very much Except for the old decoration and equipment, the TV is very old and very small, and the furniture in the room is also full of age But the room is large, which is satisfactory In addition, the breakfast is also good

The room was clean and soundproofed. The design style is a style I like very much. Photos are especially made. Maybe the Christmas season, the price is really a bit high. Breakfast is not bad, hot food can be ordered. 19 euros a person. The young lady at the front desk was very good in English, and patiently explained the city map and surrounding attractions to me. Also gave a discount card for the British Palace Mall. The kettle is not very clean, and then the next day, I will not add anything to the water.

Hmmm such a strange hotel because on one side you have lovely big rooms, nice big open reception, the hotel is in great location But on the other hand Most (not all) of The reception staff do not seem happy so when you ask them for something you feel like a burden. We couldnt check in until 4pm so at 4pm the reception is full of people queuing, I emailed ahead to ask for early check in - there was no way that not one room was available. I didnt even get a reply. I then left some clothes in the spa changing rooms by accident & the next day realised & the reception staff had 0 interest in helping me find them. ‘We dont have them’ is all I got. We booked the hotel because it had a rooftop pool but then there was a roof over the top ‘because they were expecting rain’ when it was a gloriously sunny day. Fortunately someone else complained & they took the roof off. The rooftop bar wasnt open either. Room service isnt 24 hours (not the end of the world)

The hotel has a great location. Within 15 minutes of walk you’re in the beautiful city centre of Valencia. All the other places to see are within 15 minutes by bike or even less with electric scooter. The area Russafa is filled with many good places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you with everything you need. Breakfast was good, restaurant staff also works hard to keep everything maintained. The rooms are very nice, AC works good, clean up every day by very friendly ladies. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

There are Chinese people at the counter service, see their Chinese, not only did not warmly receive, but it seemed to look down on the Chinese, not friendly,  This service attitude is not appropriate now, the room is very thin, the parking lot is charged, and the door cannot be opened, it is very inconvenient to enter and exit!

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature. Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well. If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer. Our flight landed at 0035am, so we needed to get a taxi from the Airport to the hotel, which took about 25-30 minutes and cost €33. We hailed a taxi outside the hotel at 8am to get from the Hotel to the Airport at the end of the trip, but it only cost €21. Check in was very easy. The room was of a very good standard, with a great bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a decent tv. There was a minibar fridge. Whilst we didn’t consume anything, we used the fridge to refrigerator food items such as cheese and salami. There is a German chain supermarket beginning with ‘L’ 10 minutes walk away and a supermarket in the nearby shopping centre which is in the direction of the ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a brilliant bus 19 service: The bus stop literally outside the hotel is called Menorca Franca, and goes to the city centre and takes about 15 minutes. Their is a stop outside the main train station ‘Estació del Nord’ in the city centre but just to the left a bit (left if you are looking out from the station) where the bus to go back from the city centre to the hotel starts (they usually have their hazard lights on indicating they are at the starting stop). The bus stop opposite the hotel on the other side of the road is called Menorca Balears and takes you to the beach. A bus back to the hotel from the beach area can be found on street ‘Carrer De La Reina’. Just remember if you walk outside the hotel past the hotel reception - the bus right goes to the city centre, the bus left goes to the beach. All bus single tickets cost €1.50 and drivers gave me change from €5 notes. Tips for eating: there is a brilliant pizza restaurant near the hotel ‘Regina Di Napoli’. There is also a very good restaurant that offered a set menu starter + paella + small desert + beer or soft drink for €16.50 ‘El Generalife’ on Carrer De Navellos’. Would stay at this hotel again.

A very good experience from start to finish. Spent 7 days here and all elements of the hotel exceeded expectations. Whilst it was 5 star rated, the photo's do not do the rooms justice, they were spacious, meticulously clean and the whole hotel environment was excellent. The staff were professional and helpful at all times, food good and not unreasonably priced for a hotel of this type. Location for a split beach/city break was first class as well.

I have read a lot of bad reviews, but this is our experience: -Hotel staff: 100/100 great attention! Very pleasant, they resolve anything (we were without a loader and we were charged the phone). The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. -Cleaning: everything was in perfect condition and cleaning was unpolluted. The beds were quite comfortable. Soft coats and cotton fit. Haves pool and padel track. Unquestionably an experience we will repeat
