The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

It was expensive, but so worth it. Everything was great, from service and location to beauty of hotel itself, the room, the terrace and views, the bathroom, the Guerlain hair and body products, the Pancracio chocolate-covered walnuts in super-cute candy boxes at turndown service, the free mini-bar and waters, the valet service ... just such exquisite attention to detail and the kind of hotel experience that is very hard to come by these days -- that is, not corporate, but rather, sort-of, well, royal. The in-room breakfast was delicious and overabundant. A perfect getaway, be it for a night or a longer stay. The only thing I would do differently next time is bring my own pillow, because I wasn't completely comfortable with the bed pillow shape/firmness. The bed itself was very comfortable. Whole-heartedly recommend.

This is a fantastic hotel for a long weekend break. Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms and ideally situated for the old town. The spa was great, too. Highly recommended. The staff were very good at recommending other places to visit, not least an Irish pub round the corner when we wanted to watch the Euro 22 final. All in all, this is a place with a very good vibe. The prices are reasonable for a hotel of this quality.

The furniture in the hotel room, the bathroom is really old. Always feel that the service staff is not professional enough, as a 5 star hotel should be well trained. Because during the epidemic, the swimming pool has to be reserved, the swimming pool reception is a bit rude. Unsuitable guests come to swim, sometimes because the number of people is full, even in-house guests can not use the swimming pool. I feel that the hotel is not very suitable for this arrangement. There is also a little bit of update in the hotel, such as changing carpets, brushing the wall near the hotel elevator, if construction, some rooms should be closed and not booked, but the hotel does not seem to have a plan at all, the whole corridor is gray, arrange the guests to take the freight ladder. In short, I feel that this hotel is like a five-star appearance, and the service management is really not very good.

My adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

Stayed here for a week. Easy to find from Xativa Metro station, 5 minute walk. Was welcomed by Nathalia, she gave such a warm welcome, very helpful in telling us how to get round city, places to visit and how to get to the Mestalla for the football. If she was In reception when we were passing through she like rest of staff always made a point of greeting us. The hotel is in a great location for Ruzafa area, loads of bars/restaurants. Metro to get to Science Museum is on doorstep and it’s a 5 minute walk to old town . Room was comfortable with street view, could have done with a couple of wine glasses though. Reception is not 24 hrs but there’s a side door which you open with key card. If you go to beach you can rent towels/umbrella and also bikes at reasonable prices. We want to visit Valencia again and would stay here again. When we were leaving Nathalia was finishing her shift and made a point of coming to see us and wish us a safe journey home. Would recommend this place to stay.

We have visited this hotel to sort out the accommodation for my son and I have to say David really managed everything so well as I wasn’t happy at the first place as there were some bits and bob missing when we arrived, but he made it so nice and even let me choose the room. Obviously due to Covid they can’t do much but the manager Juan Carlos is amazing guy and very promising. They will go extra miles to make sure you have a happy stay. Will visit again, thank you

The hotel has a great location. Within 15 minutes of walk you’re in the beautiful city centre of Valencia. All the other places to see are within 15 minutes by bike or even less with electric scooter. The area Russafa is filled with many good places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you with everything you need. Breakfast was good, restaurant staff also works hard to keep everything maintained. The rooms are very nice, AC works good, clean up every day by very friendly ladies. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Just back from a 10 night stay at the Petit Palace Ruzafa and delighted with our choice of hotel. Great location in the charming Ruzafa area and not too far from the Old Town. There is a bus stop to beach just around the corner - bus 19 or 92. Numerous bars and restaurant options around the hotel. Bar Biosca- across road from hotel and the bar opposite it ( sign over door says Streetfood) were nice for a drink before heading out. We had a lovely room with terrace on the 6th floor. Great walk-in rainfall shower- toiletries included shampoo, conditioner. shower gel, body lotion. Tea/coffee, bathrobes also available. No noice could be heard in room Tea and coffee available at reception from 1pm every day. Bikes available to rent for free. Lovely breakfast with food choice of both hot and cold food- included bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, cold meats, cheeses, bread, pastries. Fruit (melon, kiwi, pineapple, apples, pears, bananas), cereals, yogurt. Tea, coffee, juices. Also a section with lots of gluten free items. Lady in charge of breakfast very efficient and friendly. Staff including Maria, Miriam, Ana were all very pleasant and helpful- from answering queries before we arrived to providing some nice restaurant suggestions. Hoping to go back to Valencia in November and will definitely stay in Petit Palace. Taxi we booked to airport was €22.

The hotel is very close to the new (high-speed train) and the old train station (and some high-speed trains). It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk without taking the wrong road. It is very good for two people or a family of many people, and for several couples. Friends are also very suitable, two bedrooms and a living room, one of the bedrooms can be two single beds, there is a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook immediately, there is a washing machine on a small balcony, two bathrooms, the whole apartment is very new , Clean, quiet, and feel very good at home. If you have plenty of time, it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk into the city center. The hotel does not provide any food, but there are many restaurants, small supermarkets and many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel is basically the guests themselves Management, the staff go to work from 10 am to 6 pm, the hotel door enters and exits with the password button to open the door, tell the staff what time to leave the store before checking out, only need to put the key in the room when leaving the store, pay attention to any garbage Put in the trash

All very well. Fresh, clean and spacious. The air conditioning and the television worked without any problem. In addition, there are several cafeterias and restaurants nearby, very useful for breakfast. The only thing is that the elevator broke down during the stay. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place
