Hmmm such a strange hotel because on one side you have lovely big rooms, nice big open reception, the hotel is in great location But on the other hand Most (not all) of The reception staff do not seem happy so when you ask them for something you feel like a burden. We couldnt check in until 4pm so at 4pm the reception is full of people queuing, I emailed ahead to ask for early check in - there was no way that not one room was available. I didnt even get a reply. I then left some clothes in the spa changing rooms by accident & the next day realised & the reception staff had 0 interest in helping me find them. ‘We dont have them’ is all I got. We booked the hotel because it had a rooftop pool but then there was a roof over the top ‘because they were expecting rain’ when it was a gloriously sunny day. Fortunately someone else complained & they took the roof off. The rooftop bar wasnt open either. Room service isnt 24 hours (not the end of the world)

The room was clean and soundproofed. The design style is a style I like very much. Photos are especially made. Maybe the Christmas season, the price is really a bit high. Breakfast is not bad, hot food can be ordered. 19 euros a person. The young lady at the front desk was very good in English, and patiently explained the city map and surrounding attractions to me. Also gave a discount card for the British Palace Mall. The kettle is not very clean, and then the next day, I will not add anything to the water.

Unexpectedly good, the room has a large terrace, the kids like it very much Except for the old decoration and equipment, the TV is very old and very small, and the furniture in the room is also full of age But the room is large, which is satisfactory In addition, the breakfast is also good

The hotel has a great location. Within 15 minutes of walk you’re in the beautiful city centre of Valencia. All the other places to see are within 15 minutes by bike or even less with electric scooter. The area Russafa is filled with many good places to eat. The hotel staff is very friendly and help you with everything you need. Breakfast was good, restaurant staff also works hard to keep everything maintained. The rooms are very nice, AC works good, clean up every day by very friendly ladies. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It's very convenient to get to the bus from the train station. When you get to the door, you go to the wrong place😣 Facing the hotel, there is a 4-star hotel on the left and another 3-star hotel on the right. It's very convenient to eat and drink nearby, and it's also close to shopping malls, including Carrefour. Buses to the beach or the city center are very convenient and direct. It is recommended to buy a bus card in the subway (5 euros for ten times, available in English, easy to operate if you can understand it). The front desk service is very good. Our room is next to the elevator and it is not noisy. The room is clean and tidy. The bed and pillows are comfortable. If you have a bed, you can ventilate it first. The central air conditioner is not noisy. There is a charge for small refrigerators! The average price is 4 euros which is super expensive. Just walk a few steps to the supermarket or go downstairs to the bar.

The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

There are Chinese people at the counter service, see their Chinese, not only did not warmly receive, but it seemed to look down on the Chinese, not friendly,  This service attitude is not appropriate now, the room is very thin, the parking lot is charged, and the door cannot be opened, it is very inconvenient to enter and exit!

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature. Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well. If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer. Breakfast is very good, especially the hot quiche, the location of the hotel is relatively biased, to go to the city center is still a little distance, the hotel facilities are relatively old, the corridor into the room is a bit like a hospital, the parking lot is a bit scary, To make a few bends and open two doors, the parking lot is also darker.

I have read a lot of bad reviews, but this is our experience: -Hotel staff: 100/100 great attention! Very pleasant, they resolve anything (we were without a loader and we were charged the phone). The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. -Cleaning: everything was in perfect condition and cleaning was unpolluted. The beds were quite comfortable. Soft coats and cotton fit. Haves pool and padel track. Unquestionably an experience we will repeat
