Amazing staff, great room, very accommodating, so friendly, happy. Rooms great for pets. Great sleep. Great t breakfast.

Room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the hostess was very friendly. And she bakes treats!

This is a great hotel. It is always clean. The breakfast is amazing and the woman who works in the breakfast area is so helpful and sweet. The staff is very friendly. We love staying here.

I was suddenly stuck overnight at 1:40 a.m. The staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. I so appreciated them! The room was large and very clean. If my car trouble had to happen, I was lucky it happened here.

I would give 5 for service if it wasn’t for the lady that checked us in. Planned a nice stay in the premier suite for my boyfriend’s birthday on the way back from meeting my family for the first time. I believe the gal was Carly. Checked us in and had my debit card behind the counter for a solid 15 minutes saying it wasn’t working when there was definitely sufficient funds for a security hold. She charged my card TWICE for the room after I had already paid $230 through a booking app. 200$ each charge from her. Once we realized what happened she said it was my bank or the booking app and seemed very frantic and rushed the conversation. I called my bank and they said it in fact was a charge from the hotel. We talked with Tommi later on and he was beyond kind and apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault. We loved Tommi and made sure he knew how thankful we were that he was the one to solve our problem as everyone else said it was a bank issue. I have only received 1 refund and am still waiting on the second. The room was great, everything we could hope for in such a desolate area. We can tell there are loyal comers. The breakfast was beyond anything I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Other than the $400 issue, it was a fantastic stay.

Stopped in unexpectedly after an accident that totaled our truck. Staff here are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and updated. The breakfast is amazing with lots of variety. I would recommend AmericInn to everyone.

Excellent place to stay. Room was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was great and since there aren’t many places to eat in town it was a very convenient. The lady attending the breakfast area was always checking to see if we needed anything.

Room was clean, whole hotel was clean. All staff were very efficient when responding to any complaint. Breakfast was good every morning and staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool is shallow but still a good temperature, sauna takes a while to heat up. Overall everything was good.
