Rood was tidy but too close from elevator
It was unfortunate that we got this room we heard people taking elevator while they are chatting
And staff was not really helpful and willing to do

The room was big compared to other hotels we had stayed. Location is conveniently located in Vancouver. There are so many restaurants in the area.

Great hotel at a very convenient location next to Rogers Arena. Spacious rooms, great breakfast included. Stayed here twice in 1 month, booking the third time.

I phoned ahead when booking my stay to ensure there was a hot tub. The agent o the phone said there was but failed to mention it was being repaired and was not available for use during my stay. Why else would I ask? When I was I the room I called down to find out where the hot tub was located and they told me where it was but still failed to mention that it was under maintenance. It wasn't until I wasted my time going to the 3rd floor to use it that I found out when I got there that it was out of service. If I had known this, I would have booked elsewhere this information should have been updated to the booking agencies and on their online bookings.
The breakfast could definitely be better, under cooked sausage patties is not appealing.
Otherwise, the rooms are nice and clean and the coffee is good.

Wonderful location close to eateries. Love the gym with table tennis and football table for kids and also the laundry room facilities. Breakfast was good too. Thanks.

Staff was not very knowledgeable, internet would not work on my phone saying no connection ? When I tried to login to the website, staff didn’t know English that well and couldn’t help me, breakfast out of a lot of stuff and people were asking staff there, getting upset and being ignored, also didn’t have any shaving razors and other things when I called housekeeping

Wasn't sure what to expect at this Hampton but it was fantastic! Rooms were clean, parking was easy and spacious (there was an additional nightly fee, but having in and out ability in the congested downtown was very worth it), breakfast was fantastic, and the views from 16th floor were amazing as well! The staff was extremely friendly from the beginning to end, which absolutely made for a great time.
I was on the 10th floor and the room was really quiet. It was great being able to walk down Robson Street to visit restaurants and other businesses or quickly get out of downtown as it is right on the edge of downtown Van
Parking: if you are driving, enter the Hampton Inn from the entrance on the Beatty Street side. You can park under the landing for a few minutes to check in. Once you check in, you turn left into the alleyway and make another immediate left into the Parkade. You will use hotel card for access through two separate gates. Elevators in parking area will take you to hotel guestrooms.
