"Eve's hotel was great in that the room and bed was comfortable and the private ensuite washroom was a bonus. One point tho would be to have the shower head holder fixture repaired so that the shower head would be fixed. But again this is just minor. The common kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The common living room area was nice but only I could not figure out how to watch TV or Stream on it. There also was a washer dryer which was a huge bonus . I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"I had a 15 hour layover (daytime hours) in Vancouver, and I was exhausted and needed somewhere to get a bit of rest before the next leg of my flight. I had stayed there literally a week prior - same reason - long layover. Check in is typically 3pm - and I needed to check in at 8am. I called to see if they could help - they were super accommodating and had no issue getting me into a room that early. Upon arriving at the front desk, he suggested I get some breakfast in the “lounge” before heading up to my room as they were serving it until around 10 or so. When it was time to check out, the shuttle wasn’t available, so he called me a taxi and they covered the cost. Both stays I have had here have been great. The hotel is not high end no, but it’s warm and clean. And the customer service is phenomenal. I will absolutely stay here every time I’m in Vancouver ."

"This time round it's a bit disappointing as I was assigned a room just outside the swimming pool so I had to close all the curtains for privacy. Abit of aging as compared to my previous stay with them. The very good thing that I would like to recommend others to the hotel is that they would try their best to check you in even though you were very early. I had a 14+hrs flight and I would need the bed badly and they arranged without saying anything."

"An enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city centre, with a tube station next door, so you can walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean and the facilities are brand new. There’s also a swimming pool, hot spring and sauna, which are very relaxing. The only thing is that the bed was a bit too soft."
