Perfect location for downtown vancouver with lots to offer, the staff seemed nice but the guy on the desk on the evening was not impressed with. Very abrupt and unhelpful and unwelcoming. The other staff I dealt with seemed nice and freindly. Connected to q bar which runs events on the evening which is great for socialing, but wouldn't recommend if you was there amd wanting to sleep earlier in the night as music is loud and can be disturbing. Cleanliness was average but what you'd expect from a hostel as its not about there cleaning but sometimes the people staying there with toilets and shower areas not really respected for other guests. Didn't impact my experience and is probably what you'd expect for one of the cheaper hostels in the area

No AC , very smelly rooms , no individual plug to charge your phone or camera , so you need to share with anyone else . The bathroom are a joke ! Dirty, small , and you can see the ladies bathroom from the men’s bathroom , also there is a cat, I’m allergic ! Very bad

A bar is just under the hotel, dirty, services are suck!

It is located in a gas town with a good location. There are many attractions nearby (Steam Clock, Chinatown, Canada Place, etc.) and it is within a 10-minute walk to Watetfront Station. But the facilities are poor, the shower space is narrow, there is a bar nearby and the sound insulation is poor. I can hear the music in the bar at night and can't sleep. Attention cat lovers: There is a proud cat named Oreo on the 1st floor!

The room was very small, really bad. The bar downstairs was extremely popular, and there were people lining up after one o'clock, and the sound was deafening. The location is very good, close to the station, Canada Place, steam clock, etc.

The location is okay. It is located east of Gas Town in the old town of the city center. It is a bustling city. Just because it is a busy city, it is too noisy at night. There are ghosts screaming outside for four consecutive nights until after twelve o'clock.

I think it's a good value accommodation in Canada. If you're worried about cleanliness, you don't have to worry too much. At least this is an accommodation where there are no bed bugs. Instead, please note that all amenities (towels, etc.) are paid services, so please keep this in mind when making a reservation. The staff are friendly The location is not bad However, the shower room is very narrow. I stayed in a double room, but there was only one outlet in the entire room next to the door, which was very inconvenient. The bunk bed also had no railings, so it was dangerous...

The room is average and the service is good

The checkin was good but took a bit long. The facilities are very basic but okay. Bathroom far away from the room. Good WiFi and nice location. Large restaurant/bar but the service is not very attentive as they forgot to place my order despite regular inquiries. After waiting 2 hours, I demanded a refund and received my order immediately. Not a hostel for long stays.

The location and transportation are very convenient.
