We booked a shuttle ride to the airport and the front desk took the wrong time, so we just booked an uber so we wont be late

I chose to stay here because of the airport shuttle and the accessibility to public transportation. Given the price I had to pay, I’d have given a better a rating IF: (1) airport shuttle is more punctual (2) the TV in the room works better (clearer, guests ‘can’ use it simply by following menu, has choices of movie/ netflix connection) (3) the sink in the toilet has more efficient water draining (4) the air conditioner has digital control and is quieter (5) The lift works smarter.. What I like: (1) The complimentary coffee machine in common area (2) The staff are nice

The hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle bus takes guests to and from the airport every half an hour. That is very convenient. The room is clean. The hotel does not do housekeeping every day and does not refill the supplies such as coffee, tea bags or towels, etc. it is said it only does the housekeeping on the third day of the stay.

The hotel is generally OK, not far from the airport, which is convenient! Most of the service staff are from Asia, so communication is fine! But the room supplies are less than ideal. At this price, there are not even ordinary disposable slippers! not ideal! There are no optional restaurants, supermarkets or small convenience stores near the hotel, and it is not convenient!

Everything was pretty middle of the road. No glaring/major complaints, clean room, average service, good wifi, good location near a bus stop, and timely airport shuttle. Walls were pretty soundproof so you don't hear neighbors or planes coming in. Really just nothing above and beyond. Really hits all the basic expectations of a hotel, but the interior could use some updating.

Excellent hotel, two areas if concern, toilets are way to low and are problematic for older people. And again in the bathrooms, there are no safety bars to hold on to in the showers which is dangerous no matter what your age. Everything else was great. Would I stay again, yes, it's expensive but well worth the convenience.

No free breakfast. Food was expensive and poorly prepared. Service in attached White Spot restaurant was marked up. They knew how to do that. However food was substandard except for a milk shake. Unbelievable really.

The hotel is very close to the international airport. From the room, flights could be seen taking off & landing, but not heard. A connected restaurant is open from 11am to 8pm (I think). However, the lobby has some snacks and 'heat & eat' items available for purchase. And the microwave is right there, next to the free coffee & hot chocolate machine. Lobby is comfortably cozy. The bus-stand is just next to the entrance to the hotel.

Best Western Plus Vancouver Airport Hotel Review. The area is fine. There is a park nearby for kids. Although, the tub had hair in it, the toiletries provided were very small and didnt do what they were supposed to do. You may as well clean yourself with water only. The smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom was quite terrible, we had to keep our bathroom door closed and you can hear the plumbing bubble and gargle in the tub drain every time we flushed the toilet. The bathroom fan didnt work and the water taps even being slightly turned the the left were SCOLDING hot resulting in my young daughter getting a mild burn on her hand.
