Very nice hotel with good service

We traveled with Odyssey Unlimited. Outstanding hotel, extremely efficient and nice staff, prompt, attentive!!!! The entire restaurant staff is just exceptional, very attentive to my gluten free needs!! I want to thank specifically to Mr Anil, Mr Nitesh, Mr Rakesh and to Raj for doing a great job serving me. Front desk staff and house keeping staff are very helpful as well. Thank you.

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Hilton varanasi during dev diwali celebration and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotels gm and his team went above and beyond to ensure awarm and festive atmosphere. The dev diwali festivities were meticulously planned with beautiful decoration, traditional music and delicious food.the staff was courteous and attentive making sure every guest felt welcome. The breakfast service expertly overseen by me was impressive offering a wide variety of local and international dishes.the quality of food and service was exceptional. Mr rakesh was on top to care of us on every point. However, I did face some challenges outside the hotel as city was crowded during the festive period this made travelling to and from the hotel somewhat difficult. Despite some minor issues I will highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service's

I was staying in this hotel when Dev Diwali was being celebrated here, I had a lot of fun at that time. The room was also very good, the restaurant food was also good, service, staff was also good.Thank you Mr Rakesh and the Jatin both for telling us.

1. Stinking and coloured water in WC 2. Water pressure not there 3 . Scaling bathroom acessories 4. Hot water not available 5. Dirty spa washrooms This is just a 2 star property , dont waste so much money on it , reception staff sherpa doesnt have any knowledge .
