This is a hotel that impressed us during our trip to India. The service was very attentive, although it only lasted for one night. We went to TAKE A BOATRUDE FOR CEREMONY at 5:15 in the morning. The hotel arranged a boatman and waiter on time to guide us on the boat, and prepared the blanket very thoughtfully. It is hard to imagine how cold we would be without the blanket. Then we went to breakfast. A waiter provided us with services. Usually they started the meal at 7 am, but because we left the hotel at 7 am, they prepared some hot meals in advance, and they were very warm. Then on time, the boatman and PORTER took us on board and went to Baiqiao to meet our driver. They didn't leave until they put the boxes in the car. The key point came, the driver whispered, the hotel front desk started to call him at 5 o'clock in the morning, and constantly reminded him that he must wait for us early, for fear that we were delayed or could not find him. In fact, we didn't tell the hotel in advance, we needed them to remind the driver and so on. We just told the front desk that we were departing at 10 o'clock and we needed to depart from the hotel at 7 o'clock. Makes the hotel more nervous than us, afraid of being late and so on. The meticulous and perfect service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel, BRIRAMA PALACE VARANASI, WONDERFUL HOTEL!

This property is very conveniently located near the gullies and ghats but on a main street so that anyone can access it by car. the staff is exceptional and always full of smiles and ready to tend to your every need. rajesh the travel agent is like a brother and thrives in serving. i love the staff so much!! the kitchen staff is also wonderful and was extremely supportive when my mom fell ill. the food is delicious with south indian breakfast buffet options. the rooms are spacious and beautiful and laundry service is quick and convenient. there is nowhere else to stay in varanasi!!!! thank you dolphin grand!!!!🪷

Unusually for a cheap dormitory, it was thoroughly cleaned. Other than that, the facility itself is huge, and it seems that it will naturally become a place for backpackers to interact during the peak season. I wasn't expecting much since it was India and it was in Varanasi, but it was okay. I used it only for a shower and a nap and headed to Delhi on a night flight, but Varanasi is dirty and stinky with the Gandhi River, so it is recommended to use a cheap dormitory for shower use. If you enter the Gandhi River without planning a shower, you should definitely consider it an inpatient course.

Understand that it would be undergoing renovation/upgradation of its existing infrastructure, during the year ahead, which ought to enhance it's level higher. The only area which needs attention is their restaurant..... basically staff needs to undergo more training to improve their services. Already highlighted to the nice and efficient team under the experienced leadership of their GM (Mr.Pankaj Mishra). A note of thanks to their ***ager Anshu*** Singh, who was ever willing to assist 🙂 Look forward to another stay during the year ahead, which hopefully would be a notch higher. This hotel has to be the best in terms of location. Everything is easily and comfortably accessible from the hotel. I visited this property with my family and we all felt like home. Hi***shu tripathi at front desk was so polite and assisted us with everything we asked and he was very humble and helped us throughout our stay. The staff at restaurant during breakfast and dinner they are really really helpful and they made our stay more comfortable. I definitely recommend this property , and suitable specially for families.

Excellent location. Its near to temple and ghat and in market area. Connect with hotel first as google map showed wrong location for which we have submitted correction. Proper location is in Jangambari road. Auto rickshaws from railway station resist to go to this location which we didn't understood. Staff is good. Food is good. We stayed in super classic. Room size is good. Full time hot water was available. Lift is available. One issue is at stairs at hotel entry. Will definitely stay at same when I will visit again.
