There is no 0, or negative evaluation star to give ... The worst experience ever. My wife along with my daughters arrived by the afternoon. The receptionist aggressively gave some instructions, under the statement "Listen well, I am getting tired of repeating it". Then the "room": Broken and rusty bed (see photos). A patented rusty piece of metal was the "support" in order for the bed not to fold. My daughter walking next to this crooked "support" hit her leg, luckily nothing serious. No hot water from the SOLAR heater (!!!!) in the middle of summer. Kids' friendly: no way!!! No ramp anywhere for moving a stroller, on the contrary, too many steps to curry it under relative risk/danger. Personel: totally ignorant with a lack of professionalism. They have nothing to do with the Greek hospitality Fact: someone said that he would change our bed, and after one hour (by 23:30) we were still waiting .... I was trying to find him, and surprisingly, he was enjoying his aperitive by the pool. He gave us another room, but when I went there, moving all our luggage, there was no light, again no water, and the worst the power switch of 220V was out of the wall, with all the cables unplugged not covered, nor isolated (see photos). After this fact we moved to another room (it was late 1:30-1:45), which had not again hot water, and it was full of mosquitos. I slept for 1-2 hours due to the tension after all these troubles, and behavior. The next morning I went to the reception, where the receptionist was really ironically curious, after the fact that they had so many repeller devices, and they did not give me one. The second (and last) night, was a normal one. Leaving I asked them to refund the first night, and the next working day, I passed my request to the platform EKDROMI gr), which is collecting the payment for the hotel. After 23 days (!!!!!), and after reminders, and phone calls, they replied that they could not refund part of the payment (even if they stated that I had all the right to ask for it), since we stayed in the property (it would be rather normal to travel by almost 03:00 am with two kids 5 and 7 years old, beacause someone do not want to honor his position). They blamed me (!!!!) after the fact that I did not call them right away (on Friday night, or Saturday when they were closed) in order for them to settle it up, and during the discussion, the lady I was talking to, just hung up the phone, terminating the call in this inapropriate and unprofessional way. It was the (difficult) moment when I asked her if there is such a term/ condition on the refunding policy ...... Conclusion: STAY AWAY !!!!!
