The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the washrooms were really clean. The homestay had a small sit out area with a small garden which was beautiful. The only drawback is the stay is little far from the north cliff and the roads leading to it are very small and bumpy roads. There are no tv in the room. The staff helped us in getting the bike for rental and assisted in booking cab/autos overall it is a really great property with good cleanliness compared to other properties in the area

Nice big clean room but no tv was there. Mostly inhabited by foreigners and close to beach but no sea view

very nice rooms, comfortable, neat and clean. room and bathroom are very specious. for family, solo,and for friends it is a best option if you are looking hotel on budget. beaches are nearby. staffs are very friendly and helpful. they will arrange scooty,taxi and auto as per your ask.

Clean and spacious room with all basic amenities required, they have a small kitchen, a green garden gallery around, helpful caretaker, overall we have had a wonderful stay here. Big thumbs up.👍

The homestay is 5 mins walk from the cliff. We stayed in ac room which are on the first floor. The property is well maintained. Rooms and washroom are quite spacious and neat and clean. They also provide bike/scooty rentals.

Good place to stay, varkala cliff is very near around 1. 5 kms. Rooms are clean and spacious. They provide rental two wheeler also with extra charges. Many places to eat nearby.

The homestay is a budget friendly amazing property and is located in a very good location, just 2 3 mins walk from Varkala North Cliff and 5 - 10 mins walk from The Black Sand Beach, Varkala. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall an amazing stay on the Varkala Cliff for short as well as long stay well equipped with workstation, AC, geyser, etc.
