Corte 1321

I booked 4 nights at Dreamland Corte Pozzo for June 2022 via *********** They told me they couldn't charge my credit card and asked for a deposit to keep my reservation. One week before my trip they cancelled my reservation and never returned my money back. They used to contact me through email and whatsapp, now they don't seem to even have the same phone number. Unfortunately Booking does not take accountability for this and I lost my money at this point. This place is a HUGE scam.

Just received notice that my reservation in two weeks has been cancelled with no explanation. With such short notice prices have gone up significantly since I booked. I recall reading others had this issue. Would not recommend.

Arrived at “Dreamland Corte Pozzo 1321 / Corte 1321” with two little kids in the rain to find we have nowhere to sleep. We called two weeks ago to double-check our reservation is safe after seeing the last review here, and the owner said, of course. A neighbor said the police are looking for the him.

The place looks lovely but do not book through Vacation Apartments Venice. (Not sure if they are even a legitimate company) Two months ago, I booked a room for 8 nights over Easter weekend. We negotiated a good price and settled everything through Whats App. I paid and received an invoice and was told that it was non-refundable for any reason. We purchased air tickets (also non refundable) Less than a week before arriving, I receive a bizarre text that they have to cancel my reservations because a "family of 9" had covid in the building and they have to shut down for 14 days. Oddly enough, we have a friend staying there during the same time and the place is open and full. They obviously double booked or got a much better offer as prices are through the roof this Easter weekend and almost everything is booked up. They do not respond to phone calls or messages. We're stuck now with non refundable flights and no reasonable lodging options for our long planned vacation. Do not book here.
