"My stay was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, and the overall environment is clean and comfortable. The room decor is simple and modern, the bedding is soft and cozy, which ensured a great night's sleep. Although the twin room wasn't exceptionally spacious, it was well-equipped, and the natural light and soundproofing were both good. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out very smooth. As an accommodation choice during my Venice trip, this hotel offered good value for money and a satisfying overall experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"Very convenient in terms of transport! There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it's less than a 2-minute walk, and in 20-25 minutes max, you're in the heart of Venice (and the ticket is only €1.50). The reception staff are very welcoming! Sheets and towels are provided, and every day the bed was made by a cleaning lady, as well as the trash was emptied. You could ask for new towels, toilet paper, soap, and shower gel at no extra charge! However, in terms of cleanliness, there were stains on the bed, the floor, and the walls. You can also tell the hotel is old, which contributes to this dirty feeling. Regarding services, there was a small restaurant, but it was closed, as was the breakfast area. In fact, no services were offered. We took the elevator once upon arrival, and then only used the stairs; we wondered if it would hold up. As a young person, for the price, the transport options, and the basic quality, I recommend it!"
