Good Location 👍🏻 just a few minutes walking distance from train station

Nice boutique hotel near the train station. While very convenient to the train station, beware that it takes about 25 minutes to walk to any of the big attractions from the hotel. Public transportation by boat is very expensive. And also note that checkout time is 10:30; the suitcases are piled up in the small lobby. Breakfast is adequate, comparable to mid-priced hotels in the US.

Perfect location. Steps away from the train station- no need to drag suitcases across the city. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was tasty and value added. Our room was on the 4 th floor and although near the elevator it was pretty quiet. It was unbelievably small however. It served our needs just fine but had we been traveling with larger luggage (we just had packs) or were we larger people it would’ve been a struggle. I did get a look at other rooms and they were larger so you might wish to inquire if you are in need of more space to move. The bed was comfortable and the shower good sized although it did have an issue with hot water. Unfortunately we experienced a couple very cool showers, being on the 4th floor may have been the reason but we survived it. All and all I would absolutely recommend this location.

Room we had, had a door that did not close properly and needed to be banged in order to close shut. We received a bottle of Prosecco in our room which was nice. Hotel was very close to the train station and we were able to locate it easily. The included breakfast was very well stocked and had a lot of variety. Also they kept our luggage after check out until our train was scheduled to leave which allowed us to see more of Venice on out last day.

Hotel is in a great location for transport links, with a shop a few mins walk away, room was spacious enough (although we booked a double room we had 3 beds) and was great to have plenty of hanging space for clothes, staff friendly and always someone present on reception, hotel is noisy can hear other guests whilst in your room, and alot of outside noise but we had a front facing room, shower door was missing meaning the water went all over the floor, had to ask for toilet roll to be replenished, and mugs weren't clean. Breakfast was a good range of items, but not always replenished when going for a later Breakfast, also the room is small so time slots had to be booked, which felt a bit restricting so we missed it a few days and went elsewhere.
