Right here goes, anybody giving less than 5 stars, really,. What an amazing hotel, the decor, the staff, the breakfast, the view from room 104, the one with the balcony over looking the canal, amazing. Perfectly situated near the main canal, taxi, bus and train station. You won't be disappointed ❤️. I'm just about to leave on the 22nd March 2024 😢.

Great location near the railway station. Staff were very friendly & helpful and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. Nice to be able to sit outside in their small garden to have a morning coffee. Rooms were quite spacious & had good amenities. Lots of restaurants nearby & it was nice to explore a different part of Venice to previous visits. I would highly recommend staying here if you are arriving by train.

We stayed at the Gardena Hotel for 2 nights in October and loved it! The room was very clean and is a good size (we had the room with the balcony). It’s located right off the Grand Canal, and is walkable to a lot of shops, restaurants, and is a 5 minute walk to the bus/taxi station (Piazzale Roma) and the main train station (enezia San Lucia). The staff is very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely and helpful staff the receptionist and the waitress serving breakfast were particularly pleasant, although as early risers we wanted coffee at 7 but could not get anything til 7.30 when the little self serve breakfast room opened, with limited choice but nice bread, cheese and pastry. The hotel was a great location but didn't have a restaurant only a breakfast room. Our bedroom sadly was just far too small, think it was a cupboard at some time , you could touch the wardrobe with your hand whilst lying in bed The bathroom was equally as small and the toilet kept flushing all the time

I was very surprised about the quality of this hotel which we chose for being a short walk to the train station as we didn’t want to drag our cases too far. The hotel had a luxurious feel from the lobby and the bedroom. There was silk on the wall of the rooms and the bathroom was small but immaculate. There was a fridge, hairdryer and air con along with a safe . Breakfast was very good indeed and the staff were helpful and let us store our bags. There is someone on reception 24/7 as well . Lots to do in the local area and just being off the Grand Canal .. you can watch it for hours ..

Warm and welcoming service from start to finish. We arrived at midnight to a warm reception and warm room. Lovely breakfast in beautiful setting, with good coffee. The location is perfect if you want to walk from the train or bus station. The hotel is also just off the Grand Canal, so if you get a room with a canal view, you get great views. Highly recommend.
