We were in Venice for a few days in the lead-up to Easter weekend and stayed in this small, but lovely little hotel not very far from St Mark's Square. As such, it was well situated to visit many key sights and was also close to the waterside by the Doge's Palace for all manner of water transportation being not even five minutes up an alley running up past the back of the Doge's Palace (the prison cells I think!). The staff are super friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is an ideal base for visitors to return to after a day's sightseeing, to refresh before heading out again for an evening meal. There is a small square around the corner (actually, it is triangular!) which offers a breakfast coffee, a lunchtime snack or an evening meal. We had a lovely time, enhanced by staying in this most comfortable of hotels...

This was a fantastic place to base for our 4 nights in Venice. It was not far from the vaporetto stops and also it was easy to walk to the nearby attractions and had many food choices just south of the accommodation. Not to mention the little cafe below the building and the gelato shop. The host, Giampaulo, was always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He would always listen to me rambling with a new Italian word on each occasion he was in the front office with a cheerful smile. The room had a view of the canal right in front and was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and on the first night Giampaulo supplied a bottle of wine and on departing some venetian biscuits were also given to us as a thankyou. I would not hesitate to stay again as it is quite peaceful and very comfortable within walking distance of main attractions.

Had a lovely stay on a recent short trip to Venice. Hotel is very convenient to St.Mark's square. Rooms varied in size and comfort, mine was very conveniently just off reception. Others in our group weren't as lucky and found their room a bit small with noise above at night, but I guess that can happen anywhere. In my opinion any hotel's greatest asset would be the staff and we found the majority of hotel staff to be very helpful. Reception staff all spoke excellent English and John was especially helpful and extremely pleasant to deal with. A decent selection of food for breakfast, plenty of fresh fruit. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room and lovely selection of little extras in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient, the hotel is the ferry to take the drop point, take a few points to the ABC, the farthest mouth is less than 300 meters away from the hotel, travel is very convenient. Secondly, the hotel is very clean, the bathroom is like a new one, and the bathing things are good. Third, the hotel staff is very good, both patient and caring. We arrived at noon, although we did not arrive at the check-in time, but the handsome at the front desk still warmly gave us the check-in procedure, enthusiastically explained the map attractions, and saw that we sometimes couldn’t understand Italian English, we used the pen to write the words on paper. I am very touched. If conditions permit, the view room with balcony is expensive but worth it.

The hotel is small but the service is good. Generally speaking, it is quite satisfactory, but the difference between him at different time periods is too large. We usually stay at a room of 600 nights on weekends as long as more than 300.

The location is very convenient. St. Mark's Square and the water bus stop are very close. The style is quaint, some old, and all the so-called sense of history. Ordinary rooms are small, especially the ones that take the elevator downstairs. Because the itinerary changed, I stayed one day in advance and only booked the general room at this location. Feeling bad, dark and narrow. In particular, the next-door tenant still carries a dog, and does not understand that pets are allowed. The dog was calling all night and called the front desk to solve it. The back trip changed to the third floor suite and it felt good. Relatively quiet, there is a motor sound from the ships on the river.
