Love this hotel for my business stays !
They are continually improving and location is fantastic. Easy walk to the ocean and downtown. Ventura is perfect for shopping and eating. Recommend Cafe Fiore.

This hotel offers clean rooms with comfortable beds. The rooms look newly remodeled with new bathroom fixtures. Housekeeping available every day, but request in advance when checking in. Plenty of covered parking. No Resort Fees. No noise is heard from outside, even with being adjacent to a freeway and train tracks.

Clean comfortable and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Very close to Ventura theater, 5 minute walk if that. It is right next to freeway, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Noise wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, dark window shade blocked it pretty well. Will definitely stay here again if I go to another concert at Ventura Theater.

The room was nice and the location was great, close to both beach and the main shopping street. However, it was also close to the Amtrak rail where the trains signaled loudly at all hours (albeit only every two hours or so since it is Amtrak). Breakfast was served on paper plates which suited us fine but didn’t exactly give off an air of luxury. Lovely staff though, helpful with directions and with giving me a bag when I wanted to carry the breakfast up to our room.

Was notified of all the construction after reservation and payment. Paid for a balcony room. Roofing tiles and roof paper, dirt, debris all over balcony with a view of the parking lot and homeless. Breakfast was awful. Don’t stay here!

There’s construction but it didn’t affect stay. There’s a train that passes by only heard it once.
