Amazing place combiner to the beaches and Bayeux. The patio was an amazing way to end our days

The was a fabulous experience. It was quiet, spacious, and within walking distance to restaurants. The owners were kind and generous people who went out of their way to make it a wonderful time for the whole family. The chateau sit on a large plot of land with a large pond which is great for a picnic.

What a cool place! We really enjoyed what felt like an Air BnB inside a real castle with amazing grounds and history (you'll have to ask the owner about that!). Our suite was roomy and comfortable, we enjoyed the property and feeding the various animals, and it was helpful to have a bakery and small market just up the street. The owner also shared helpful recommendations on where to eat. One note is that breakfast is not provided - nor is milk for coffee - so do plan ahead!

stayed in the B&B souplex apar**ent which has a double room and with sofa as a bed for 1 child. Private access to the pool is fantastic and feeding the animals is great for any small children and even adults. The grounds and setting of the chateau is really peaceful and the village is quiet. You can walk to the British Normandy memorial in just a few minutes and have it to yourself in the early mornings and evenings which is a great experience. This was our 2nd visit and we'd definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect in ever way. Fantastically well located for the British Memorial and reasonable distance from other sites of historic interest (D Day Landing beaches, Bayeaux, etc). You will need a car, like all rural venues in France. The apar**ent was genuinely beautiful, fantastically well maintained, spacious and well equipped. Some minor early issues with the cooker were quickly resolved by the owner, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool is smaller than we had hoped and a little bit dark and dingy, but this wasn't enough to detract from our enjoyment. Nor was the guy staying the downstairs apar**ent who felt he had the right to rudely complain at us for making too much noise (not in any way attributable to the property owner). Outside areas were outstanding, beautiful green spaces and views. We had a top floor apar**ent so BBQs were inconvenient (food and drinks up several flights of stairs) but not enough so to stop us from enjoying them. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, I can not recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful property, very peaceful, spotlessly clean with everything you need. Terrace apar**ent had direct access to a lovely seating are overlooking the lake. Well located for all the sights, with a fab bakery just a few minutes walk away for breakfast pastries. Kids loved the pool and feeding the sheep, rabbits and ducks. Sandra was a great host.

An absolute gem. Great stay and the host was awesome. Very clean, well prepped, all facilities worked. Location is awesome and easy to get to. We did all the D-day beaches from the place. In the morning walk down to the village to get warm fresh croissants and other breads.

We loved our holiday. The accommodation and the gardens are beautiful. It is very relaxing and the children and adults enjoyed feeding all the animals on the property and getting back to nature. We will definitely be back.
