A great experience from the minute we arrived until departure. Really helpful reception staff , accommodation clean and comfortable. We stayed in one of the separate apartments down the road , do it yourself breakfast pack delivered each morning. Sweet option = croissants various, fruit ,biscuits, savoury option, ham cheese hard boiled egg and rolls. The fridge is stocked with complimentary water, fruit juice and yoghurt. There is also a coffee maker ,and teas etc.The apt had a bedroom, dining room and excellent shower wc room. Daily houskeeping provided. a great mix of the comfort of a hotel combined with the flexibility of self catering.

We stayed in the Annex a few minutes walk from the main building in a courtyard where pre-booked parking was available for a fee. Great location for exploring the city either by foot or taking a bus on the street across from the main building. Our double room was quite small with aircon - very quiet and fine if you travel light. Breakfast, pre-ordered, delivered each morning outside your door - choice of savory or sweet and abundant. There is also a refrigerator in the room stocked with yoghurt; drinks you pay for. Staff were welcoming and helpful and we recommend, particularly if you book well in advance in the main building in Summer when there are Opera performances at the Arena, within walking distance, so they are often full unless booked well beforehand.

The description indicated a restaurant, there was none. It stated free parking, but “somewhere in Verona.” We had to park 750m away and our car was robbed overnight. Our suitcase was taken and some money we had in the console. Breakfast is included; it was a bag of stuff hung on a hook by the door.

We loved everything about this property. The host was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the location was within easy walking distance of the historical area of Verona. There was a little kitchenette with complimentary refreshments, including an easy-to-use machine to make espresso drinks. We could choose a sweet or savory breakfast that was delivered to our room and was substantial.

We stayed here for a midweek break. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast delivered each morning to our room. Well, we booked a room but, it was a sitting room and kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. In a courtyard away from the hotel. It is situated a 10 minute walk into Verona old town. After checking out, we were able to leave our bags to see a bit more before heading to the airport.

It was clean and easy to reach! Parking place was safe. Hotel reception away from the hotel and reception lady was unfriendly. Nothing to complain about the hotel!

We stayed in the new part and had a beautiful small house for us. It had everything that we needed, including a mini fridge with free water, juice, milk and yoghurt. We also had coffee machine and a wide choice of tea (a kettle was available). Breakfast, both salty and sweet was amazing, we were full and the choice was good. The room was cleaned every day with towel changed. Very close to the city centre, we walked everywhere and it was super-easy to get back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and a few recommendations, including local restaurants. They were available via Whatsapp all the time. We could also leave our luggage after check out. Totally recommend.

A widespread hotel full of comforts and pleasant surprises. There were four of us and we occupied four delightful rooms in a courtyard which also allowed safe parking. The rooms are different from each other and are equipped with every comfort and are perfectly clean. The breakfast was very nice, the fridge supplied in the room contains every goodness. Espresso/cappuccino machine, to be made at any time of the day. In the morning, as early as 6am, they bring you what you previously requested for the sweet or savory breakfast in special containers outside the rooms. The friendly, professional staff responded to our requests immediately. Furthermore, and certainly no less important, the cost of the rooms was really low, also considering the Verona Fair which had increased hotel prices exponentially.
