Had problems with key cards immediately one never worked. The furniture was dusty, the curtains were ripped inside of shower around edges were dirty. The unit to charge phone was nasty. Took a Clorox wipe and cleaned it and the wipe was dirty. There is so much potential for a beautiful hotel needs TLC.

We were in town for our friend’s 80th birthday celebration. I usually don’t sleep well in hotels but I slept very well. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

The property is old and dingy. Wallpaper peeling, carpet dirty, chairs stained curtains torn. The bed was hard and the pillows are small and thin. I wouldn’t stay there again. I was so disappointed because I had our entire team book there.

Got in at 9 pm to my first room. Tried to turn on tv and it said no signal. Called down stairs and the lady tried to trouble shoot the tv for a few minutes. Didn’t work. She then moved me to a second room directly above it that actually looked like it had been emptier for longer. Tried to turn TV on and had the same problem. By this time it was 10:15 and I just showered and went to bed. Extremely disappointed since I could have booked through Hampton and got my money returned but since I booked through ******* they told me to go through them. The process is not worth the money Rt or the time.

Fantastic location, nice front desk. Great bed, loved the jetted tub and decent breakfast and happy hour. Room needed a couple things done (tear in one of the curtains but not a big deal, tub surround a little messy but not dirty) but otherwise perfect. Easy and quick check in and out.

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I’ve stayed in. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was courteous and friendly. Main lobby was dynamic.

The indoor pool was unheated. The refrigerator in our room did not work. Otherwise, it was a fair stay. Plenty of parking.
