A very good hotel, the front desk service is also very good 👍🏻 It is very close to the city hall and night market! The hotel bedding is also very comfortable, the bed is big, and the toiletries are L'Occitane

A very modern and beautiful hotel located conveniently in downtown Victoria. It’s close to almost everything - Legislative, BC museum, bug zoo, miniature museum and China town. Lots of food and entertainment around the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are cider (season drinks), coffee and fruits in the lobby. The rooms are super accessible and large. Extremely clean with everything you need. Highlights are the free coffee and tea, chocolates, comfy robes and Dyson hairdryer in every room. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Victoria.

My Lady and I decided to stay here in Victoria for New years. We drove our Lifted Tundra truck. I kinda figured that parking was going to be an Issue being that the hotel was located down town. They Actually had a special spot for our truck👍. Perfect. The whole staff were Very Pleasant, Helpfull, and Friendly. We will be staying there again in the Future.
