During my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury. Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

When staying at Ritz Carlton you always enjoy your stay. They always smile. The front desk staff was amazing. The Room was great. Bed was super comfy. I alway recommend to stay at Ritz Carlton any where you travel in the world.

Nice hotel

I got another Ritz room card haha. The location of this hotel is very good. It is only about a five-minute walk from the Golden Hall. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location is very good. The person who helped check in at the front desk was Madeleine. I secretly wrote down her name. She was so nice. She spoke in an organized manner, was very meticulous, and was very friendly. My first impression of this place was very good. The price of the room is not low. You can get a suite at the same price in China. The space is only about 30 square meters. The shower space here is larger than that in Budapest. There is also a bathtub and the toiletries are also from the diptyque fig series. The room provides free glass bottles of mineral water every day. It is not as good as the turndown service in Buda, but overall it is very good.

The location here is really great, it's very convenient to everywhere, and you can walk to a long list of famous restaurants. You can walk to shopping and watch theater. But the best part is breakfast. It's really delicious. There is nothing picky about the room, the service is good, the equipment is good and the environment is good

This is the first time I live in such a room. The side of the big bed is facing the door. There is no sense of privacy when entering and exiting the door. The waiter comes at 5 pm every day to ask if you want to serve. If you want to take a rest and wake up, you must open the door to respond to this service. The students are willing to stop knocking on the door, and they don't know how to train. The feeling is really bad. The hotel swimming pool and gym are on the ba*****t floor. The quality and service of breakfast are very good. The overall experience is disappointing in the Ritz we have stayed in . However, the hotel is within 500 meters walk from the Golden Hall and the National Grand Theater, which is very convenient.

The hotel is still good, but it was past the check-in time and we had to wait for almost an hour. Foreigners are indeed a bit slow in doing things.

What can you say... It's the Ritz... and it lives up to its reputation. Exceptional service by the ladies & gentlemen of the Ritz staff. Conveniently located on the Ring road & walking distance of all of the incredible sites of this historical European capital city

My experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, was disappointing, highlighting several areas where the hotel falls short of luxury standards. Issues: Comfort: Missing floor heating in the bathroom was a notable discomfort. Noise: Inadequate soundproofing led to disturbances from adjoining rooms. Cosmetic Product Quality: The provided cosmetic products were of poor quality. Lavatory Issues: The absence of hot water in the lavatory made it impossible to shave comfortably, a significant inconvenience. Overall: The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, lacks in crucial luxury elements, from room amenities to basic utilities, overshadowing its prestigious name
