"We stayed in Habyt for 2 nights and were very pleasantly surprised to know that the hotel was opened a couple of days. It is still brand new! We were among the first ones to stay here. The room was perfectly clean and new. We were welcomed with small gifts and as a bonus we also had some breakfast snacks. The hotel is located in the new community area and has access to all main attractions. There is a tram and metro nearby. The only drawback is that there was only 1 nearby supermarket which was also closed on Sunday. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"

"First off, I have to say the Trip.com platform service was surprisingly excellent! They helped coordinate an early check-out due to special circumstances, and it was very efficient. Now, about the InterContinental Vienna. I'm not even going to mention the outdated facilities, tiny rooms, or inconvenient location. What really got to me was the staff – from the service personnel to the room service and the lobby bar – everyone had a cold demeanor, and they even seemed annoyed when I made a purchase. Absolutely no sense of hospitality. The breakfast? Let's just say it was barely passable; a 35-euro standard breakfast felt more like a 3.5-euro experience. It's definitely not suitable for families with children, maybe just barely for tour groups. I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I really want to warn everyone to avoid this place."

"Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The hotel is very quiet, and there's a great selection of bedding. The pool is 20 meters long, though a bit narrow, and there are three saunas with different temperature options. The hotel also offers spa services. The toilet is a smart bidet toilet, too! The room even has outlets compatible with Chinese appliances, which is a thoughtful touch! I was initially worried about potential odors in a newly renovated hotel, but there were none at all once I checked in. The restaurant downstairs has many hidden gem wines, and the sommelier is very entertaining. The only minor drawback was that when I checked out, there was no doorman to help with my luggage. Usually, they assist with putting bags into the car trunk. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"Facilities: The room has air conditioning and a mini-fridge. Although there's no complimentary bottled water in the room, free drinking water is available in the hotel lobby. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included omelets, which I was very happy with. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily and replenished toiletries. Environment: It's close to the Renweg subway station, with the S7 line going directly to the airport. Trams 71 and 0 also go to the city center, making it quite convenient. Service: This hotel seems to host a lot of Chinese tour groups. During my stay, there were often student performance groups checking in, and I even saw flight crews from Air China and China Eastern. The front desk service was quite good."
