"Good stay with location close to central station. Cafes and supermarkets nearby, transport is just kins away from hotel. Hotel provides hand soap/body/shampoo . Theres a mini kitchen, with kettle provided. Theres also washing machine and dryer within hotel which requires seperate payment via app. Theres also a car park underneath which also requires payment at the machine before exiting. Always nice to stay here after 3 visits."

"My husband and I are glad that we chose to stay at the smartments during our recent stay in Vienna. It is exactly like the photos. The unit itself is extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed, except we would have preferred a kettle rather than a pod coffeemaker (for tea) and the dishwasher was superfluous for us (perhaps not for others). The building is located directly opposite the train station, but the area is new, clean, safe and close to several supermarkets (& sightseeing!). The self-check-in kiosk at the door was easy to use. Overall, we were very pleased."

"Hotel is great in general. Location is excellent. It’s just a 5 min walk from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hbf), you can literally see the station from the hotel. Metro station (Keplerplatz) is just 10 min walk from the hotel. Self check in, room is neat, most importantly noise blocking is pretty good at night. They tidy your room every three nights, but you could always ask for a fresh set of towels at the reception."

"The place was quite clean. It's a bit out of the way from the city center, but the environment was great – clean and tidy. It sleeps three people, and an extra bed is available. Just a heads-up: the shower in the bathroom only has a half-panel, so you'll need to watch the angle carefully when showering to prevent water from splashing out."

"The room was very pleasant and cozy even though the size was small. The TV provider was complete so it was entertaining, and the size of the TV was huge. Overall very nice experience staying in the room.
However, during breakfast time it was very crowded and overpacked while there was no staff to guide us to help find available tables. We were only 2 people and it took us almost 15 minutes to find an available spot, while competing with other incoming guests for a table to sit. We find it very unusual that there is no staff to welcome us for breakfast and help securing a table to sit, especially for a hotel under the Hilton group. The food choices were average. Happy to find waffles."

"The hotel location is the best. It is 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone and less than 15 minutes walk to museums. There are many food options
The breakfast is excellent and the hours from 6:30 am to 10:30 am suits many people , even if you sleep later.
Coffee is inside the room free of charge and they refill it every day.
Daily house keeping was excellent.
Cons are : The room is dark color and not lively. It is a bit depressing but it is ok and I minus 1 star but this is a personal preference. I don’t like cages closet. I also don’t like that the shower has one curtain side and one side that is completely open. It is fine for a couple but for 2 male friends, anyone who walk in will see a naked body showering.
There is a low table and it has dust on it so it is not that clean.
This hotel deserves a 9 plus score definitely and will recommend it to anyone who likes the price and the closeness to ‘actions’"

"My family has now returned to Korea after finishing the trip to Europe. When it comes to travel, accommodation is very important in determining the image of the city. Even in the same city, there is a pretty good chance that if you stay in good accommodation, you will think the city is good, and if you stay in bad accommodation, you will think it is bad. This residence offers a very high level of employee kindness compared to other residences. Also, the facilities are very well-equipped without breaking down, and feedback is fast. However, when you go to the supermarket, it is recommended to use public transportation rather than walking. The tram is very well-established, and I always used 24 hours tickets ~ 7 days tickets."

"The staff is nice but the rules of the house might not be very friendly. You need to go to reception for replenishment instead of being sent to your room; and the equipments in the room are not very easy to use. For instance, you cannot lower the temperature of the shower, the screen sharing function of the TV keeps going wrong, the cups prepared for tooth brushing are very dirty. But overall it is a very nice place to stay."

Xxwhuang0209We were kindly upgraded to a suite by the front desk, which was a wonderful bonus! The room was spotless, had excellent soundproofing, and was wonderfully quiet at night. The location is also excellent; just about a 200-meter walk away, you'll find a bus stop with routes directly to the city center and the Heroes' Square area. Even better, the 71E bus stops right at the hotel entrance for the return journey, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel does show its age a bit, Vienna truly is renowned as one of the most livable cities. Consistent with this, the hotel's maintenance and service are absolutely top-notch, more than making up for any dated aspects.

**Pros:**
* It's clean and hygienic.
* The location is excellent, with most main attractions accessible within a 15-20 minute walk.
* A Sixt car rental office is conveniently located inside the hotel.
**Cons:**
* The room quality, by Chinese standards, is closer to a 4-star hotel, certainly not 5-star.
* While most of the staff were pleasant, there were a few individuals who were exceptionally arrogant and rude. For instance, when we arrived at 9 PM and inquired about parking at the front desk, a black-haired female staff member was incredibly dismissive and impatient 🙄.
* We also had to wait 20 minutes for our room key, as they claimed their system had crashed.
* I booked a king-size room via Ctrip, specifically requesting a quiet, high-floor room, but was assigned a ground-floor room with absolutely no view.
* Despite my booking, an additional 30 Euros was charged upon check-in.
* Hotels in Austria are generally reasonably priced, and for the same cost, I wouldn't recommend this one.
* The hotel was noticeably crowded with Indian guests.

The corridors were dimly lit and lined with large, exposed pipes. On the upside, its proximity to the train station was a major plus, as there's a supermarket right in the station for convenient shopping, and getting to tourist attractions was also easy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and I didn't experience any of the problems mentioned in other reviews. However, a minor drawback is that if you check out before breakfast begins, they don't provide any grab-and-go cold food.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!

The room has everything you need to cook. It is very useful. There is no cleaning or rubbish bags. We need to clean the place and even to mop the house.

The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
