roomz hotel & conference center vienna prater
"Best place to stay near by the town. Easy accessible and near to the train and tram station. Good for all kind of travellers."
The Hoxton Vienna
"The hotel in a great location, 5-minute walk to Metro station and 2-minute walk to a very nice restaurant. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a good coffee shop. However, there is no hanger in the bathroom to hold the clothes"

Hotel Bellevue Wien
"Fabulous hotel at a very good price. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious."
Ibis Wien Hauptbahnhof
"Surprise no kettle, no hand towel instead is bath towel, is not eco friendly. Counter staff especially the manager never treat customers with hospitality but with hostility, towards my Down syndrome sister. Room allocated is more than 10 rooms walking distance, see pic Luggage storage terms and condition not specified in trip.com when I booked. Surprised is not allow after checking with counter. Finally all things turn for good, with trip.com communication, we can successfully place luggages in storage room on a special one time exception request, which we are very grateful and thankful 🙏"
smartments Wien Heiligenstadt
"Loved it here so much to the point i miss my days here. It’s clean, very fresh and fully furnished. Lots of storage space, great lighting and comfy bed, with a good communal area in the lobby. It’s basically a crossover between a hotel and a living studio. Not to mention it’s close to grocery stores and restaurants, and right next to it is the metro station for the U4 line which can take you to the city centre. I loved it and I’ll book again the next time im in vienna!"
HiLight Suites Hotel
"I don't know if it was because of Chinese tourists or because of the Ctrip booking, we were assigned to a room with a sloping roof on the top floor. I saw someone commented before that they were assigned to the top floor. Because of the sloping roof, the room was much more depressing. It was obviously a suite with a living room, but it made people feel smaller. The breakfast was good and the location was convenient. There was a subway station diagonally opposite the hotel, and the subway took three stops to the central railway station. Although the top floor was a little unpleasant, the cost performance was still very high."
Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof
When you stay at Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof in Vienna (Favoriten), you'll be within a 5-10 minute drive of the Vienna State Opera and the Hofburg Imperial Palace. This 4-star hotel is 2 mi (3.3 km) from Stephansplatz and 2.1 mi (3.3 km) from St. Stephen's Cathedral.

Mandarin Oriental, Vienna
"Our family of 5 traveled to Vienna and stayed at this truly exceptional hotel from June 12-16, 2026. I had booked a 2 bedroom grand suite and a superior room. Vienna is clearly an incredible city by any measure. I am very fortunate to have Pearl status and was upgraded to the 2 bedroom mandarin suite. the location of this hotel is absoiutely perfect. easily within walking distance to St Stephan's cathdral and its U bahn station but far enough away where it was not too busy. Karla at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and checked us in and showed us to our rooms. the hallways are incredibly bright and inviting, the 2 bedroom mandarin suite was perfect in every way. two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms (with a heated floor in the main bathroom), a dining room table where we could all gather, a spacious living room. the technology in the hotel is state of the art. super easy to connect an IPAD to the TV (would be surprised that this is not so straightforward at other Mandarin properties), a bose portable smart speaker. Bathrooms incredibly bright and clean with incredible Diptyque products (a huge hit with many family members) as incredible as the physical conditions of the property are, what really sets this Mandarin apart is the hospitality and people. I already mentioned Karla thanks ti Moritz who I had the pleasure of meeting several times during our stay who also made us feel very welcome. we got to meet Tomas also many times. The minibar was also well stocked daily (thanks Alex) Housekeeping was very efficient and they always very seemlessly worked together (thanks to Evelyn abd Yulianna) I am very grateful to Guest relations for bringing over daily treats, fruits and drinks (including a unique to Vienna ginger ale) we had breakfast every morning at Le Sept. delicious a la carte menu (thank you Hassan and Benjamin). Finally, the spa and wellness center also deserve special thanks (Stefan and Arissia) I usually avoid the spas but my mother convinced me to try. it was perhaps the cleanest and most relaxing spa experience (with both a wet and dry sauna and a beautiful swimming pool) check out with Kaan also very efficient I would give the Mandarin Vienna a 100/100 score. as I mentioned at the beginning of this true. this is truly an exceptional hotel with even better staff. hard to believe that they have only been open since 12/2025. this Mandarin is one of my favorites anywhere"

Hotel Strudlhof Vienna
"Hotel isn’t too far from the airport. The hotel receptionist was still available to check me in just before 12 midnight. The front desk staff were nice and helpful all through my stay. The hotel was warm and cosy but there were times it was a bit too warm and there wasn’t an AC to turn on. The bathroom was nice and clean, water pressure was great. The bed was comfortable and clean. I had a lovely view of another building across my room. The only thing was the rug having either stain patches or white patches (stains irritate me). The wardrobe hangers need to be improved. I get that it’s an old hotel but it’s still in good condition. They offered storage after check out which was a good add on. You can walk to some attractions from the hotel and public transportation isn’t far from it either. Overall I had a lovely stay."

The breakfast was plentiful and varied. It was easy to get to the airport the next day. It is situated in a place with lots of places to eat."
