Everything was good. The hotel is located at a calm and lovely street. With plenty of cafes and coffee shops around. few minutes walk from the train station ( small shopping mall) to airport. Tram and bust stop is also few steps away. The Only inconvenience - there is no elevator on every floor and no one to help you with luggage. :( had difficulties to carry two heavy bags up and down on stairs. :( No air condition in the room.

Stayed at the family suite. It is spacious with 2 bedrooms (2single beds in each room), 1 living room, separate shower and Poo Poo area. Breakfast was fantastic with egg station. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, very good breakfast! But there was noises early morning from cleaning hotel staff, so was hard to sleep.

Breakfast is 21 euros not 17 as it was stated here. Good selection though with nice cold cuts,cheese, and eggs cooked to your preference. Rooms were clean and quiet, staffs were always smiling so we had a nice experience.

Rooms different than described. They have some room very very long way of walking with extra long stairs after the the elevator. Then I refused this far room as I am old man then they changed the room.

All the front desk staff were very kind, had lovely smiles, and were very accommodating. I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately they were fully booked so I only stayed one night. It was unfortunate that the room I got was different from the photo of the room I had reserved, but the smiles of the staff made it easy to ignore. Thank you very much

It's very beautiful. The lobby and room are very beautiful. The room is not big, but very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. I like it.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center and only a five-minute walk from the subway. The room is relatively large, but the quilt is a single quilt, which is not comfortable and not warm enough. Later, I asked the hotel to add another bed, which was also a single quilt. The service attitude is acceptable, but the English is not good, which caused a lot of misunderstandings, such as directions and pharmacy opening hours.

The location was a little hard to find, but the signboard is clearly posted so you can find it. The receptionist was polite and made me feel at ease. Sometimes I feel that the cleaning is not thorough, but it is generally clean. I had a very good stay.

The old man at the front desk was very serious. The room was large, newly decorated and very clean. Free sparkling water was provided. Suitable for business trips. This hotel has a good value for money and is located near the train station and subway station, just a few hundred meters away. The check-out time is calculated based on the check-in time. I checked in at 21:00, and the front desk said that I could check out at 21:00 the next day.
