The hotel is in a good location, but the environment is quiet. It is close to the attractions, and the No. 2 tram nearby is enough to cover the old town. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The service is also very good, very enthusiastic, and responds to needs in a timely manner. Except that the room is slightly small, but the bathroom is big enough.

This Hotel is the perfect choice for those who come to visit the Christmas markets at Rathausplatz (3 mins walking distance) but also for who come in different months.
We visited in March and we loved it. Our room was a Superior Elegance Viennese on the second floor. The service is really good, also the breakfast (that for us was included) is vary and tasty - the produces were fresh and local - and both the savory and sweet options are plentiful. Close to D,1 and 2 tram stops and Volkstheather Subway stop but also just a 20mins walk to the Hofburg, Stephansplatz and Kärtnerstraße. I really recommend it!

Great location , very close to the center (15min by foot)
Easy access to public transport.
The staff is helpful and welcoming.
The interior is classic and very meticulous
I liked the breakfast, big verity, everything is fresh and made from high quality ingredients , fresh juices , fruits , patisserie and much more .
Clean rooms , soft an comfortable bed.
I was missing slippers and drinking water in the room for full high quality experience

The hotel was a lovely building with really excellent, very friendly staff. Room (standard room) and bathroom were very nice. Breakfast was really excellent.
The only downside for us was our room was unbearably hot. It is February. With no heating on and the window opened with the small opening it allowed, we found it very hard to sleep due to it being so warm in the room. Other than that, good location for walking to all the central attractions, lovely staff and lovely facilities. Would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, we felt very relaxed here and would stay again.
It’s quiet but also well located and when the new underground works are done that will be amazing.
The room was large and warm. A wonderful place to stay.
