Lovely hotel with very kind reception staff. Clean room. Room temperature rather warm at night ( March 24/3-17/3) as aircon not switched on yet in main hotel. Had to open windows and road noisy. Other than that all perfect. Excellent breakfast too. I’d definitely return there and would highly recommend.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms and helpful people at the reception. Very convenient Location to get a tram or underground. You have to pay a one time €15 charge to use the wellness centre during your stay. Free apples was an unexpected bonus (My family loves them). Our booking was without breakfast as there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The a**osphere was very nice and beautiful. Tram and subway stations are also convenient. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious!

Very good experience, clean and tidy, good location, full sense of security, worthy of being a group hotel, trustworthy, will choose it next time. The service is also very good!

Dear lovely Wimberger team, We had a truly wonderful holiday in your beautiful house. We were absolutely delighted with the service, the breakfast and the very clean rooms, but we did have one or two minor issues with the service team. It was a little tricky to find waiters in the restaurant. We'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire reception team, led by the wonderful Mr Hakan (I'm so sorry, I can't remember his last name!), who took such great care of us. We had a few requests and they were all fulfilled! It was truly world-class service! The service concept is really important here, and the staff are doing a great job!

Excellent hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Close to public transport, so easy to visit the city. Breakfast is superb with an amount of bread, juices, eggs, coffee and many other things. Food in the restaurant is very much ok, with a lot of vegetarian and vegan offers. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the safe of the rooms happened to be very small, big enough for your jewels, too small for your laptop or iPad.

Arrived late morning to a very busy reception, though we realised this was due to an event taking place at the hotel as we were quickly checked in with no fuss. The room was everything you would want for a short stay, also it was warm, should you be travelling when its cold outside, infact, we found it warm with the aircon turned off and ended up opening the window at night. The hotel is well located to the trams and the underground. There are a couple of shopping malls nearby with restaurants should you want other options to the hotel restaurant. Visited some of the Christmas markets, with the market at the town hall being the best, especially at night. The zoo is also worth a visit.

The staff were especially friendly, and breakfast buffer was really great! they even had a vegan corner . good choice for a decent price . public transport, just in front of the hotel takes you to all sightseeing places easily

A well-located hotel just off the Ring and very quiet considering! We had a comfort room with breakfast included. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard. It was ok but the lighting in the bedroom could have been better and the shower was somewhat old-fashioned. The breakfast was amazing - a choice of eggs on the buffet or you could order specially at no extra charge. We had a major issue on arrival as our booking had not been sent through by the travel agent. Kany on Reception was extremely helpful and eventually everything was sorted.

I recently stayed at the ARCOTEL Wimberger Hotel in Vienna and found it to offer an average hotel experience. The amenities and service were about what you would expect from a mid-range hotel. The room itself was basic with standard furnishings and decor - nothing fancy but adequate for a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast offered at the hotel was outstanding. There was a wide variety of breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, eggs, meats and other hot items at the extensive breakfast buffet. The servers were also exceptional - very friendly, attentive and quick to refill coffee or clear plates. The breakfast made up for any other average aspects of the hotel. Overall, the ARCOTEL Wimberger is a solid, standard hotel choice in Vienna. While the rooms and amenities are average, the stellar breakfast and great service in the morning make this hotel stand out. It's a good option if you want a convenient location in the city and don't need luxurious accommodations as long as you get a great start to your day with their breakfast.

Lovely hotel with a great location to West Bahnhof, with tramlines just across the road. Breakfast was fantastic and staff were very helpful, especially on the busy morning at Breakfast. Early book in was no problem and made to feel welcome straight away. Nice size room but the extractor fan had a vibration issue, even with the light off. Would love to use this hotel again on a return trip to Wien.

Fantastic hotel we were upgraded room on 6th floor. Very handy for tram's and ubahn. Close to shops and restaurants. Excellent breakfast huge choice and very helpful friendly staff. Book meals if going at this time. We took a train to Bratislava. The horse carriage ride was good . Public transport excellent and good value.
