The hotel is perfectly located, hardly a hotel is closer to the Prater. Walk: less than 5 minutes. In addition, the Messe/Prater subway station is about 5 minutes away. The rooms are large and functional with a bed (could be a little bigger), TV, open closet and chest of drawers. Bathroom (we had a handicap accessible one, although not needed), huge, with nice big towels, toilet and vanity. Storage options could be a few more. But good: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion available. Bar and reception are practically one; A bit much for one person at peak times. But: The staff was very friendly, even if there was a lot of rush. Breakfast was good, nothing more, nothing less. No fish, either scrambled eggs or boiled eggs, not both in one day. But make your own waffles.

Parking can be done in the basement of the building right next door and costs about 45 euros per day. Breakfast is good and the staff are friendly. The location isn’t bad either!

The hotel is newly renovated and is very clean overall. The front desk staff was very nice and allowed me to check in in advance if a room was available. The breakfast is also very rich. It is one of the rare rich breakfasts in Europe.

The hotel is far away from the city center (but you can take the subway), but the surrounding area is quiet and close to the university (you can walk there), which is quite convenient. The hotel lobby is compact and spacious; the front desk service attitude is very good, answering all questions and helping to call a taxi service to the airport. Generally speaking, the market price is relatively high. Although the facilities are more modern in design, they try their best not to clean the room every day and do not take the initiative to change bathtubs/towels (notified in advance). The breakfast was quite generous, which was nice.

The hotel's cleanliness and sanitary services are also very good! The enthusiasm of foreigners for their work is absolutely amazing!

Beautiful structure, clean, managed by young and helpful guys, located on the Prater and a 5-minute walk from the praterstern station which is an excellent connection. Easy to reach from the airport. Excellent and varied breakfast. The only negative note, the room was not fixed despite having stayed 3 days.

The location is ideal, very close to the metro. The Prater is behind the hotel. No noise pollution. McDonalds and a good Italian restaurant nearby. The breakfast was extensive and well served: bacon, eggs. You can bake your own waffles. Time for breakfast is the message. From 9:00 am the restaurant is overcrowded and it is queuing. The only downside I find is cleaning the room. No pillows on the bed on arrival, but that was quickly resolved. The first day the room was not cleaned and beds not made. After reporting the next 2 days it was cleaned. But the last day we did nothing again because we stayed in the room a little longer in the morning to shower and had hung up the 'do not disturb' card. So right on that moment it was our room's turn, but the chance was lost. In the meantime, they could clean other room(s) in the same corridor and then come back. I have never experienced this in any other hotel. If the rooms were cleaned, it was thick in order.

The overall feeling is very good! Continue the quality of Hilton Hampton. Very satisfied with this hotel.
