Equipped to feel like home.

This property is hospitable with their complimentary wine and coffee. The beds are comfy and the area is quiet. It is not at the center but the metro was easy to figure out. We could be at the most popular sites within 20-30 minutes on transit.

There in not a perfect/good matching with the foto from ***********. The fotos from the website is not in concordance with the reality, but the quality is good. There are not: Electric kettle, Toaster, Drying rack for clothing. Seating Area, Dining table, and Kitchenette are in the same room. Satellite channels (a lot of programmes are not available), there are programmes in English and French (not so many). Free toiletries: only shampoo and soap. The management of this apartment send a lot of email which stress a lot. You must fill the date for check-in before the accommodation. The watter is only in first day, in our case it was not watter (after a discussion in second day they give us watter in botle). Airport shuttle: there is no this service, only public transport and taxi (including UBER). Terrace: Only in certain apartments (pay attention!). WC is separate of Bathroom. Clean service is only 1/3 days.

All in perfect conditions in the apartment and with the U stop just few meters, it is a perfect place to rest while visiting Vienna.

Top: cleanness, location, check in/out time, qualitative bed linen/furniture; design for great photos.Also atmosphere - felt like home; kitchen - everythong you need to cook also “chef level meals”; large dishwasher and enought w.m capsules; high quality shampoo and dush gel; heated floor; amazing view.

Stayed here for 6 nights. The apartment was a good size, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and had no problems sleeping at all; I particularly appreciated how quiet it was. Getting in and out using the lockbox was simple and easy to use, and the managed access to the apartment means it is secure. There are very helpful videos sent to you before you arrive to help you manage all aspects of checking in, keys, facilities etc... The area is safe, and it was close to the hospital where I attended a conference. Although there are not many bars or cafes nearby, there are lots of transport options to the city centre, making everything very accessible. The cost matches what I would have paid in a hotel, but we had far more space...and as I mentioned, it was really quiet. It appears some of the apartments have a balcony, and I would ask for one if I return again - which is likely as I love Vienna..and staying with Rafael Kaiser would be my first option. Highly recommend...

Loved, loved these apartments!! Everything about this place is new, innovative and fun. Close to all famous tourist sites in the area.

My two kids and I absolutely enjoyed our little comfortable apartment at Kaiser Rafael on Antonigasse. We were merely just outside the subway and had a playground under the building. Grocery shopping was around the corner. Little kitchenette and superb nespresso machine and washer/dryer were game changers. We would love to stay again.
