It needs updating .im sure theres bed bugs or in the sofa if not bed. The toilet/shower room smelled . I contact them about it and the one light bulb.no one did turn up as promised . TV is ok if you speak the local language. Area is ok. Not to far from central areas, not too near . Ubhf less than 3 minutes away

I like so much the location of the Apartment because it is very convenient for the train stations. Meidling station direct to airport. Lots of international stores around and shopping stores and restaurants nearby. I like the room that we stayed is clean but only some ants inside our rooms. The only thing the bread toaster is broken that makes the electricity all down. Our 2 beds are very comfortable. I am still wishing to stay again in this Apartment when i come back Vienna.... Chona D.

Duschstrahl ist sehr schwach & Wasserheizung heizt auch nachts und ist etwas unangenehm (Lautstärke) sonst gute Unterkunft.. Super Lage bzgl. Öffis

Bel appartement:
-spacieux, bien aménagé, tout fonctionnait.
-dans un super quartier près du transport en commun, épicerie et commerces locaux. À moins de 25 minutes de centre.
-confort des lits: moyen.
- entrée à l'appartement facile, communication avec les ou le propriétaire facile et rapide.

Cogimos el más sencillo y está bien comunicado, cerca de un súper Spar, es tranquilo parece un almacén hecho dos apartamentos pero por el precio genial, la ducha es demasiado pequeña no te puedes casi mover y falta algún útil de cocina como unas tijeras,, la cama muy comoda. Las sábanas pequeñas pero te amoldas son individuales, muchos edredones por si tienes frío.Volveria aunque puede que cogería un nivel superior, aunque este estaba a pie de calle, otra ventaja para mí.

部屋は広く、何もかも過不足なく揃っており、清潔で完璧でした。ただ週末だったせいか周辺住民（隣かそのまた隣の建物の住民）が夜中まで中庭で騒ぎ、大音響で音楽を聴いていたのが困りました。
