Hotel Logroño (formerly Las Guanas) due to a disagreement and dissatisfaction of several clients (8) with the products and services offered by the aforementioned Hotel. On the trip, contracted with CNTRAVEL, whose entry day was May 21, 2023 and departure on May 26, 2023, there were 32 clients, plus the driver and the guide, making a total of 34 people, the majority of which we are highly disappointed with the state of the facilities and the lack of general hygiene. Upon arrival at the Hotel, the receptionist, whose trea**ent was only friendly, assigned us a room that she would have considered more individual than for a couple. Size aside, we observed notable deterioration and lack of cleanliness. See Image 1 and 2 as evidence. They put all of us on the trip in a dining room apart from the restaurant. Upon entering we found two air fresheners whose smell was so unbearable that we ended up unplugging them. Dinner was scarce and of more than questionable quality. Breakfast was no better: coffee, orange juice, cold cuts, cheese, a croissant, bread, jam and butter. All industrial and without the presence of a single fruit. The food already confirmed that the quality of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The waitress had her fingers stuck in the plate and her nails long and painted. They gave us a loin that couldn't even be consumed due to its appearance and taste, and a cold red wine! You cannot serve a cold Rioja, Castillo de Gredos (or perhaps it was to disguise the fact that it was not the wine indicated on the bottle). At that meal, the bottle itself stained the wine tablecloth just taken out of the refrigerator and the next day the stain was still there. On the 23rd, during breakfast, one of the customers at our table dropped a knife on the floor. The staff was notified, who told the diner not to worry that they would pick him up later. Well, the knife was on the floor all day. On the 24th, during lunch, what was our surprise was that the tablecloth had a lot of dirt that we tried to hide with the individual tablecloths, but not even with these they were able to hide it. See image 3 and 4. I personally notified the person in charge of the living room or dining room. Our tour guide also spoke to her. The woman was surprised and apologized, claiming that it was her first day back from vacation. Photos were taken of the tablecloth and they were exchanged for a new one. Despite the apologies, our trust in the hotel was already zero. See image 4, But not only did we find that the tablecloth was dirty. Below it was worse. See image 5 and 6. I am writing this so that you can correct these problems and improve, hopefully in the near future. Our stay has been unpleasant overall and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
