Hotel room was nice and very clean. It would have been nice if there was an actual restaurant to eat in. The poolside restaurant was nice for lunch.

Great location. Loved the balcony. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. It had sprinģs coming through. The breakfast was nice even though it was reduced due to covid. The hoteĺ was very clean. The front desk workers were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at the hotel, I didn't realize that they were doing renovations on the place, the swimming pool and Fitness center and the laundry was all closed. And then there was constant noise drilling and banging most of the day. I said something about it to the front desk she said there was an email sent. I didn't recall receiving and email. After looking through my email there was an email from a John *****, I had to look for the email. And it was sent 4 days before my stay. I had already planned my stay and I don't think 4 days is enough advance. A phone call at the beginning of renovation would have been appreciated so that I would have had the time to make other accommodations.

Property was rundown and the housekeping was sporadic and nt responsive to our needs. The balcony had hot air blowing on it from the a/c vent and was unusable.

We love staying here for our weekend get aways. The kids love the indoor pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean, love the living section, the kids can enjoy the pull out couch and watch what they want on that tv or lay in bed and watch. My favorite part is always the balcony. Love people watching and the ocean view.

I would like to start by saying I would stay at this Hotel again. But only draw back was had to complain three times to front desk regarding use of key. Five day stay at hotel and we had to literally stand and swipe card 15 times. Not only was it frustrating but was uncomfortable.
