Good location right near the beach. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great night’s sleep. Solid breakfast options, though I wish they had some bacon in addition to their offerings. I would absolutely stay there again if I needed a hotel in Virginia Beach.

Elevators and sliding doors to enter were out of service. Included breakfast was very low quality… powdered eggs, cheap coffee etc. staff was friendly

This is mt second time staying here and its always a good time! I keep getting the room next to the elevator so thats a constant noise im not fond of but next time i will make sure im away from it. Other than tbat a comfortable stay

Greeted politely on check in, very thorough. Room clean and good working order. Breakfast bar was good, the cafe staff very personable and cheerful. Easy access to beach. Parking might be tight for larger vehicles during season.

The overall stay was ok 3/5. For cleanliness the room's sheets had small stain and not my hair on it. I requested new sheets from front desk and the new ones were without stain.
The walls we thin for my room so i heard the traffic and neighbors most of the day and night. Thankfully it wasnt to disturbing. The workout equipment could use some maintenance as most squeaked. Most of the staff was pleasant.

What a hidden gem? The lobby was mildly fragrant, soft hints of baby powder, but very calming. The front desk clerk was polite, checked me in immediately (very efficient process). When I arrived at my room, I was more than pleased; the room was clean, modestly decorated (bedding and carpet were my favorites) and super spacious. The family came down for a track meet for the kids and I was the odd one out (everyone else is at the Hilton). Later this month, we will all be back here at the Costa Azul for the next meet! Thank you!
