Pathetic experience holistically. Worst service i have ever experienced. Third class room. Third class breakfast.

Ac less cooling & water coming inside room. Mirror not visible condition. Daily cleaning staff not coming. No intercom facility in the rooms. No restaurant in hotel. You have to make call even for water with your water bottle. They don't provide the water bottle & glass.

It's a banquet hotel suite room is not upto the mark and ac working but bed was nice staff was nice location was correct

Location is good near to railway station food is not available in property, service is not so prompt they even dindt have glass for water.

Showers in washroom were not working properly, water facility could have been better. Apart from this, the hotel was in a good location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall the room is very good and it looks the same as in the pictures posted. But we booked the room in a peak time so the owner looks so irritated to give the room. They didn’t provided soap, towels, water even we asked for.

There was no service at all. They do not provide hot water since geyser was not working. They also did not provide us drinking water bottle instead we had to carry our own bottle and they will provide the drinking water in that. Rooms were not so clean as well

experience is so bad very bad services very harsh service we try to short out but no response by hotel
