We had a terrible lunch in this hotel's restaurant on October 6, 2021. We randomly picked the restaurant, which appeared busy, and thus looked promising. My husband ordered the lunch special of seasoned beef with a Mexican sauce and sauted vegetables, which also came with a bowl of legume soup. We knew we'd made a mistake when we saw the kitchen staff emptying a box of commercially made soup into a pot. The soup was awful as was the beef, which was near raw and tough as nails. My cheese crepe was bland and disappointing as well, but was at least edible. We expect much more in Switzerland and felt this meal was a complete waste of time and money, and all the more disappointing considering how expensive it was.
