Very nice bedroom with exceptional linen. But for €140 a night I expect reliable Wi-Fi - I had some work to do and left after only one night (I’d booked two) as there was no chance I’d get anything done. A wedding outside my window didn’t help - it would have been all right if I’d been on the other side of the hotel but the rooms were all taken. The minibar is just a fridge. Although they say on their website that the hotel is near the town centre, it is not - it is situated in an uninspiring setting 45 minutes walk from the town centre but there is a bus.

Estuvimos comiendo el menú del día y no estuvo mal pero lo encontramos un poco corto en cuanto platos a elegir. Las alcachofas con jamón buenas pero la salsa demasiado liquida. Los entremeses, muy básicos. El salmón a la plancha, demasiado hecho y los callos muy buenos. El pan rico y el servicio rápido.

O hotel é bem conservado, mas a cama muito desconfortável, havia muita poeira, talvez vinda do ar-condicionado, e acordei com os olhos inchados de tanta alergia. As cortinas não fecham direito e assim que nasce o sol, acordamos, o que é um problema no verão especialmente. Os quartos têm um problema grave de falta de isolamento acústico e ouvem-se portas batendo, aspirador de pó da camareira, rodas de malas e do carrinho de limpeza o tempo todo passando. Por fim, o restaurante caríssimo e com comida nada de mais. Folhas de alface, tomate, um aspargo em lata e atum em lata a 12,50 euros. Funcionários muito atenciosos e banheiros limpos. Únicos aspectos positivos.

Todo perfecto, los trabajadores super agradables y cercanos, las instalaciones muy bien y muy tranquilo ( es lo que íbamos buscando). Tiene muy buena comunicación con el centro de Vitoria, tanto andando como en transporte que para en la puerta

Decidimos celebrar el bautizo de nuestro hijo en el restaurante de este hotel, hotel familiar con un trato cercano y muy profesional. El personal del restaurante más en concreto Carlos, es súper atento se amoldan a las peticiones que haces y el trato excelente. Resaltar que toda la comida estaba espectacular, todos los familiares estuvieron encantados y resaltaron la comida, todo estaba buenísimo y el lechazo impresionante. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer de ese día tan especial una experiencia única. Recomendaría este restaurante tanto para ir en pareja como para ir en familia o para celebraciones importantes, nunca defrauda.
