The room was so small that I could barely move inside.
The breakfast was average, mainly sweet things to eat.
The hotel charges €25 for the sauna and jacuzzi, even for a 6yo child! No towels at the swimming pool. This also costs extra.

In terms of catering and accommodation, we appreciated the professionalism of the staff, the quality of the meals and the spaces. The price/quality ratio is optimal. The downside is access to the hotel, the greatest vigilance for the entry and exit of vehicles.

Foul smells of sewage throughout the hotel. Impossible to eat at the broken down Spa restaurant. Cold pool. You have to leave the building to go from the swimming pool to the wellness area. In short, very disappointed. Shame

Clean, spacious and quiet room. Fair price with breakfast included. End of breakfast time 9:30 a.m.: a bit tight for a Sunday morning. Reception: pleasant welcome Weak point: non-existent telephone network. Going out in the yard to call 😀 Correct evening meal but nothing more.

I was very satisfied with the care and the welcome but very disappointed with the evening meal in the proposed formula. Indeed I was expecting a gourmet and elaborate meal and finally we were treated to an ordinary meal from a very simple family kitchen without research. Frankly, it ruined our stay, especially at the price of half board! Too bad because the setting is nice the treatments are perfect so THANK YOU for improving the culinary service so you would be in line with the prices offered.

Hôtel un peu reculé, donc calme. Chambre propre, et bonne literie. Personnel plutôt agréable. Petit déjeuner complet. La piscine intérieure est un plus. Juste dommage qu'à 155€ la nuit, on nous facture 4€ pour la location de 2 serviettes pour la piscine.

Grand parking. En dehors de Vittel mais très bien placé pour profiter des thermes. On n’a pas testé la piscine et l’espace SPA puisque nous étions là pour les thermes. Belle chambre, confortable, rénovation récente comme dans tout l’hôtel. Très bon dîner et petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix
