We stayed here on on our way down south from Moscow and we really liked the place as a city hotel en route. It seems many people staying in this hotel use it as a transit point, but it is very comfortable and I can see us staying there also when visiting Voronezh. 1. Hotel Simple and clean, friendly receptionists, breakfast area also clean and cosy but functional. Free water from the cooler available. 2 elevators, higher floors have a view. The hotel has no restaurant, but has some snacks/chocolate bars and drinks in the lobby next to reception for sale. 2. Rooms We got a standard room and it was not huge but large enough to be comfortable. Bed is rather small (I would say Queensize). There is also a small sofa to sit, small fridge, TV, coffee/tea station, safe. Note windows (at least on our upper floor) did not open more than a crack, so in summers it gets hot. AC did not work so perfectly for us, it was quite warm in the room. Bathroom is well equipped (showergel, soap, towels) but when we were there, the water pressure was very very low (there was some water outage in the city so not sure if that was connected to this). 3. Breakfast Plenty to choose from, with hot and cold, lots of condiments, tea/coffee, juices (concentrate). 4. Pet friendly You can bring your pet for an extra fee of 1000 RUB per night. 5. Parking Parking spaces in front of the hotel are limited, but there is plenty of parking behind the hotel. Ask the reception lady for a plastic parking card (free but they take a deposit, that you get back when you return it). You can on-offload near the entrance and then drive onto the parking lot behind. The small parking lot in front of the hotel fills up completely and people may park you in, so if you have to leave early the next morning it is better to park on the larger behind the house.

Отличный отель. Никогда бы не подумала, что в 3* есть и халат, и тапочки. Всё чисто. Завтрак очень разнообразный! Девочки на ресепшене очень милые и приветливые. Еще был приятный момент, что нас заселили в 12:30))) без каких-либо доплат)

Просто отвратительный люкс и ужасный сервис ! За 12 тыс в сутки вас ждет разбитое окно , телефон с вырваными кнопками , визит сотрудника отеля в 8:15 утра , который сам открывает номер и без предупреждения заходит в номер и начинает ремонтировать кондиционер! Трещины в стенах и запах сырости ! И все это удовольствие стоит 12 тыс ! Управляющий не только не решит вопрос , но и не удосужился как то уладить эту проблему ! Больше ни когда не приду в это отель и не советую вам !

Удаляют отзывы с яндекс карт!!! Обратной связи по проживанию не было!! Скотское отношение к гостям города, отвратительно! Сотрудники рецепции неграмотные, невежливые и нерасторопные!!! Администрация на нуле! Номер разваливается, сантехника воняет. Перед поездкой в Воронеж - совершенно уютный город, ни за что не селитесь в это подобие отеля, он испортит всё впечатление от города и поездки!!!!!

Отель уютный чистый аккуратно все, шторы блэкаут даже утром свет не мешает останавливались на одну ночь этаж 5 й но был единственный минус вывоз мусора ранним утром очень очень шумно . Душевая кабина комфортная не в виде скрипящего батискафа из пластика,чисто всё постельное белье белейшее нежное новое . Не поняли негативных отзывов тк нам было комфортно,на завтрак не ходили лень было рано просыпаться
